Could not have been better, plus exquisite views fr. breakfast/kitchen, bedroom and balcony

The host, Ulrich, and his helpers including his Aunt were beautifully wonderful in all respects. Proactive, accommodating, helpful, kind, understanding, reliable, generous and more. Ulrich is among the few best hosts we have had the pleasure of staying with during our long journeys. I have given his name and contact info to my sister for her to stay with him. We hope to return someday. THANK YOU ULRICH!!!!!

Superb location, amazing view, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, kind and supporting host - our stay was perfect.

Location and size of the appartment, also it is well equipped. Guest pass for public transport and the nearby bus station allowed us to explore the surrounding mountains without worrying about parking. Finally, our host was really nice and helpful.

We missed the microwave a bit, but we could manage everything on the hob.

Wonderful location with the most beautiful view of langkofel mountain. Really enjoyed staying here with our two dogs and the host was also very kind!

Everything was perfect for our one week ski trip. The apartments are very spacious, well equipped and clean. The bus stop and supermarket are very close and there is parking available as well. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even letting us have a later check-out. We'd definitely want to come back!

Great location, great price and very friendly owner. Beds were really comfortable and nice to have both dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment.

A smelly old blanket in the cupboard should be thrown out.

The location is great, about 10 minutes from Ortisei (center of val gardena) by car and not too far from the highway. The view from the apartment is simply amazing! There is small grocery shop near by as well as a good restaurant. The apartment was renovated very recently to our arrival and very convenient. Ulli, the owner, is super nice, helpful and available. We highly recommend this apartment!

Schöne Unterkunft für erholsamen Wanderurlaub

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend geräumig, schön hell, Balkon zur Südseite/zum Tal, Blick auf den Langkofel. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem nur 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle (stündliche Verbindung Richtung Lajen/Klausen oder St. Ulrich). Wandermöglichkeiten vom Haus aus. Modernes Duschbad mit Waschmaschine, Handtuchheizkörper und Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Waschtasche (was ich sonst häufig vermisse). Sehr nette Vermieterfamilie. Der nächtens röhrende Hirsch 😉. Es war Brunftzeit.

Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, insbesondere die Geräusche aus der Nachbarwohnung sind viel zu gut hörbar. Der nächtens röhrende Hirsch 😅
