Private and beautiful. Has own cows and in the middle of the mountain. New, nice and clean. Have elevator, very convenient. Has convenient parking space. Near view point to see Santa Maddalena.

Views for Days, a lovely stay

Wonderfully appointed hotel in the mountains with views for miles. We stayed in autumn so the views of the mountains and valleys were even more incredible. Breakfast was plentiful and lots on offer. Room was big and spacious Staff very friendly and fluent in multiple languages (at least English Spanish and of course Italian and German) Ample parking Walking distance to the view points of Santa Maddalena and also the mini market

If I was being super picky they should definitely upgrade the pillows. Ours were foam block pillows which aren't amazingly comfortable

Lovely hotel if wanting to stay in this area.

Friendly staff, not too far from bus stop and restaurant. Host responded to an issue with bathroom and had it sorted out promptly. Breakfast was lovely, offered to have eggs & bacon each morning too! Beautiful view from the window, shame it was too high to enjoy while in the room.

3 nights minimum stay, needs more outdoor loungers on the front lawn where the sun is best.

The breakfast was truly amazing and filling and fresh and local. Nice views from the balcony.

I thought for the price that this room was bare bones. I should have read the fine print closer with what was offered, but there was no mini fridge, cutlery, or drinkware despite there being a dining room table. Dining options in the area were extremely limited by walking and we did not rent a car. There was no AC and it was extremely hot in the day time to the point where it wasn't comfortable enough to relax. We checked in and no one attempted to explain to us that the dolomiti card was included, so we purchased one on top of that for which we were only partially refunded. I think the owners are well meaning but I found this place surprisingly disappointing except for the breakfast and the overall design of place.

The rooms were very modern, and the view was just incredible. We really liked having a private patio, we spent a lot of our time just taking it all in. Highly recommend!

It has a stunning location. The village is very very cute and nice and quiet and not super touristy. We also went in June so it was not so busy. The new rooms are very nicely done with a very clean finish. The breakfast room is very nice and the breakfast is very good. The milk especially was delicious!

The older rooms are dated. They are comfortable but dated looking. Few things that could’ve been better 1. There are no toiletries in the rooms. No shampoo even. Only one gel for hand and shower wash. Some shampoo would be appreciated. 2. No tea kettle or tea/coffee in the rooms. That would be ok if the beverage center was open all day. The brochure says the beverage center is open all day but it wasn’t so it wasn’t possible to get tea or coffee. 3. The quantity at breakfast is limited and items run out. Breakfast is from 8-10 but by 910am some items have totally run out. I understand that it is to reduce wastage but for 2 days in a row some items (like the local rye bread - a staple) ran out early!

Proihof fresh air resort.

Host is really great, pleasant with smile always, rest of staff as well. Accommodation, peace, air truly amazing. Best thing is that host recommended great things for family to do, walks and places to visit. Maybe best thing is homegrown food, and care for environment. Andreas (host) is embodiment of those people you see on commercials, 100% recommendations for families.

Great stay at a great place!

The best was the view. It’s a shame it was cloudy and raining. Definitely it would be better with a sunny day. The breakfast was amazing, big variety of food.

They didn’t let me know it advanced that I needed a code to access through a barrier. But I called to tue hotel and they gave it right away. They don’t have a restaurant, so you need to go out for dinner.

Hotel for the quiet and peaceful rest

- beautiful mountains view - big room - quiet - clean - good breakfast (fresh fruits and vegetables) - big parking - friendly hosts - tropical shower - table for a ping pong on the territory - a peaceful small village - elevator (handy for moving stuff from the car to the room)

1. No mini fridge in the room. We were staying in the hotel for 6 days and needed to have lunch (breakfast in the hotel, dinner in the village restaurant). We have bought products but as there wasn't a mini fridge, we couldn't keep them at the right temperature. 2. (Minor) No teapot. It's possible to get coffee or tea for breakfast but not in the room. 3. Almost no places where to eat in the village. There is a restaurant in the Fines Hotel (we had dinner there almost every evening except Wednesday when the restaurant was suddenly closed and we had to find another place to eat in another hotel upper by the street). But this is not because of the hotel, just people should be aware of it and plan the trip accordingly.

Totally overpriced room. Old, small, bathroom is in bad condition. Friends in same time in centre got new, bigger room for less money.. Really dissapointed with that

Great stay and value for money

Great value for money, exceptionally clean family-owned B&B. The view outside the hotel is spectacular, we chose it primarily for its location close to the hiking trail and for the room rate. The breakfast was great too. Recommended.

we had an one bedroom suite with two balconies. the view from the balconies are fantastic. many picturesque sitting spots to enjoy the mountain view throughout the hotel. The facility and building is new and modern. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. the kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking utensils. 40 mins drive to Ortisei where we took cable cars to Seceda and Alpe De Suisi. People worked there were super friendly and helpful. My son enjoyed their farm animals and playing with their cats. it’s definitely one of our favorite two hotels in recent years. the other one was a chalet we rented in Wengen, Switzerland.
