Deluxe Double or Twin Room - mountain monuments not visible from the room

Location is a great starting point for hiking. St. Magdalena is around 4km away. Check-in starts at 13:30 which enables hiking in the same day afternoon. Bedrooms were very clean and property owners were very friendly. Note that "Deluxe Double or Twin Room" doesn't have a kitchen, just a microwave and kettle (no cups, spoons, etc.)

"Deluxe Double or Twin Room" is in the basement with not a nice window view. Acceptable for 1 or 2 nights maximum. People outside are passing by the windows and has direct visibility into the rooms - no privacy.

The highlight of our trip!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Kabishof apartments. It was the highlight of our trip to Northern Italy. We stayed in an apartment on the top floor which had two balconies with the most incredible views. Big comfortable bed, lovely kitchen and a wonderful new bathroom with bath and shower. I will be dreaming about sitting in the hammock seat on the balcony and looking out at the view of the mountains for a long time to come. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you so much to the Messner family for having us. Don’t hesitate in booking - it really is a magic place to stay and experience!

The location was great! Sergio was very hospitable and did his best to speak English with me. He has a very kind heart. I felt incredibly safe there and they treat their animals kindly. The room was much larger than I expected. I was very pleased to have it at a reasonable price. Super comfy bed, instant hot water, amazing view.

Definitely the bed was not comfortable also it was cold, also the price of the breakfast it should be told before and they did not tell us the breakfast time which it was important considering it was 8:20 am and there was nothing and we had to leave early…

Very good location to explore Dolomites nearby. We came quite late because of traffic, but everything was quite well organised for us and there is a nice pizza restraint nearby which was still working. We have got a bigger room without extra charge on top, this was really great! View from the balcony to the valley was also fantastic. Many many thanks.

Wonderful location and atmosphere!

Great location on the edge of the village surrounded by beautiful nature for trekking (Messner-Klettersteig, Zanserhutte). Wonderful view from the balony, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinner or coffe. Small shop, backery, restaurant(s) and bus stop (also for trekking trailheads) 5-10 mins walk. We absolutely recommend!

The church bells are quite dusturbing at 23:00 and 6:30. The apt equipment was a bit outdated (esp. kitchen), but ok.

Struttura accogliente, dove stare in completo relax. Proprietari gentili, ci hanno anche cambiato stanza per darci un piccolo appartamento così da stare più comodi con le bambine senza aver chiesto noi nulla. Siamo stati veramente bene.

Estadía excepcional.

El servicio que recibimos de parte de la dueña fue maravilloso. Se portó super con nosotros. Hasta nos dió Pie de manzana para llevar a nuestra caminata. Como el lugar tiene todo para cocinar, pudimos hacer la cena, hacer desayuno y alistamos comida para nuestro almuerzo en las montañas. Todos los que estuvimos en el lugar concordamos en que fue el mejor lugar donde nos hospedamos. Todo fue excelente. Si volvemos a las Dolomitas, definitivamente nos quedaremos ahí nuevamente.
