About this apartment rental

Our apartment is furnished in a rustic and rural style and fully equipped. We only considered natural building materials during construction. The wooden ceilings and floors are a feature of many. We heat the apartment with wall heating and the bathroom with underfloor heating. Our quiet location, a little out of the way from the center, offers you a vacation you can tell that the bird hissing woke you up in the morning. We do not allow pets. There are enough loungers available in the courtyard, which is good for the soul.

Everything about this place is fabulous. The accommodation was very comfortable and the whole property is magical! Ingrid is lovely and very helpful. The view is spectacular! Would highly recommend this property for a visit to the Dolomites:)

The check in and out were easy. The village of St Peter is 1/4 mile away with a grocery and awesome German/italian restraint. Ingrid, the host, helped us with a great ski rental recommendation. The location is scenic and quiet

The apartment is modern and very comfortable and is as described. Cooking facilities were very good, and the view from the yard is spectacular. There were good options for hiking out the front door or you can drive 30 to 45 minutes for great downhill or cross country skiing, sleighing, hiking or shopping. The hostess Ingrid was quick to assist us if needed. We would love to visit in the summer!

Of all the places we have rented in over 8 years, this is by far the cleanest apartment. The host is friendly, kind and extremely helpful. The views are absolutely out of this world. I highly recommend this place. You will not regret.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Prantschur apartments. The space is large, comfortable and has all the amenities you need while remaining some of that rustic, 12th century feel. The view of Sassolungo and the surrounding valley from the yard is particularly breathtaking. Ingrid is also kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful when it comes to navigating the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

A very nice, spacious, family friendly and quiet place to stay. Also, the host is very friendly and service minded. Definitely a place I would recommend if you do not have mind staying outside the town of Ortisei.

Nice, spacious apartment. Well located for skiing in the Val Gardena area. Friendly owners, large garage under the apartment with sufficient storage for skies and shoe dryers. Only drawback is the lack of WiFi, but that's something they're planning to add in the summer.

We had a wonderfull stay at the apartment, which is located on a beautiful spot up on the hill, above the small town of San Pietro (which has a restaurant and a small shop). The hostess Ingrid was very friendly, making us feel very welcomed. For a skiing holiday the location was good, appr. 10-15 min drive from Ortisei and 20 min drive from Santa Cristina. We enjoyed our stay and would defenitely recommend the apartment.

Arrivati lungo una stradina di montagna asfaltata, ci si è aperto uno scenario stupendo di boschi e prati verdi e curati. In lontananza il gruppo del Sella svettava contro un cielo blu! Ma la magia...il maso di Ingrid e Alex con le loro piccole Isabel e Klara! Stupendamente ristrutturato, pulitissimo e di gran gusto, con tutte le comodità ma senza eccessi, in linea con ciò che la montagna deve offrire. Legno, fiori, profumi, silenzio e serenita’ ovunque.

Für unseren diesjährigen Sommerurlaub hatten wir uns die Südtiroler Berge ausgesucht und hätten es vielleicht besser nicht treffen können. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kinder hatten im Außengelände immer etwas zu entdecken und als Eltern mussten wir uns wegen möglicher Gefahren keinerlei Gedanken machen. Unserem Wunsch nach Belegung der Wohnung für eine Woche mit zusätzlichen Personen ist die Vermieterin unkompliziert nachgekommen. Die Versorgung mit Frühstücksbrötchen und frischer Milch war für uns prima. Im fußläufig erreichbaren Dorflädchen konnten wir uns immer auch kurzfristig mit dem Notwendigen eindecken. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige Entdeckungs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten für alle Altersgruppen und Anforderungsprofile. In den zwei Wochen konnten wir nur uns nur einen kleinen Überblick über die grandiose Landschaft im Grödental und die Lebensweise in Südtirol verschaffen. Die Tipps der Vermieterin für Ausflüge waren für uns hilfreich und passend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - jederzeit gerne wieder. Danke liebe Familie Kerschbaumer

Einfach Perfekt! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ingrid und Alex sind sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und schaffen eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Semmeln zum Frühstück, eine Waschmaschine zur Nutzung und ausführliche Tourenberatung sind nur einige erwähnenswerte Beispiele. Danke für die tolle Woche, gerne wieder. :-)

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Ingrids Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles blitzsauber und sogar ein Babybett war für unsere kleine Tochter hergerichtet. Die Küche war mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet um selbst zu kochen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit mit ausgedehnten Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen einen Aufenthalt daher gern an Unentschlossene weiter.

Die Wohnung ist modern und komfortabel. Das Anwesen so wie die Aussicht sind wunderschön! Es ist ruhig und idyllisch. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern da, denen es auch gut gefallen hat. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vielen Dank an die Familie für einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist absolut top gepflegt und sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten selten solch eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man ist inmitten der Natur, mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick zur Langkofelgruppe. Mit der Mobilcard ist man in ganz Südtirol unterwegs und kann das Auto in der Garage lassen. Der Brötchenservice ist ein schönes Extra. Absolut empfehlenswert - nicht zuletzt dank der unglaublich netten Gastgeber, die für uns auch den ein oder anderen Wandertipp parat hatten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen; Danke!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa nella settimana di Capodanno, abbiamo trovato un ambiente molto ospitale, casa molto pulita, calda, ordinata, completa di tutto, non molto lontana dalle piste e molto vicina al supermercato. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Raccomandiamo vivamente questa casa per le vacanze, sicuramente noi ci ritorneremo volentieri.
