Easy to locate, clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, welcoming environment

The location was great and near the Minami-Senju railway station. The kitchen is great for preparing food and drinks. There is also a Lawson and 7-11 store near the hotel which makes it more great.

Extremely clean, wonderful location, just a few minutes walk from train station and the convenience stores. Very friendly staff and we were allowed to store our luggage for free before check in and after check out. Bath towel and face towel were provided. Aircon was working well. There was hot water for shower and the water pressure was awesome! Shower gel, shampoo and conditioners were all provided in the shower. Hair dryers were also provided at the common shower area on each floor. After 10pm, just go downstairs to blow dry hair so that will not disturb other guests. Everyone followed the house rules, did not make a lot of noise and it was a very pleasant stay. There was tea, coffee and drinking water provided at the kitchen. We even borrowed the weighing scale to weigh our bags. Value for money! I will stay here again when I am in Tokyo next time. Hope the staff team keeps up the good work! Good location, great water pressure for showering and friendly staff, convenient to use their washing machine and dryers and helpfully they sell single laundry detergent tablets.

Extremely uncomfortable bed (mattress too thin), not suitable for long stays. The noise from the street impacted sleep a lot, a lot of traffic noise/ sirens. Aspects of cleanliness in the bathrooms were also questionable and the window ledges were dusty. Rooms not suitable if you have a large suitcase or more than one.
