Property was very spacious and well equipped. The facilities were good but the staff/procedures were excessive.
Having such strict rules about pool use, allocated times fair enough but the need to be in the pool by a certain time (noted only in small print on reception desk) left children disappointed. It's supposed to be relaxed as people are on holiday it felt heavy handed.

Good location. Free use of swimming pool, gym etc.
Chalet 20 very dated and not well kept. Very cold even with all heaters on as the window seals were all knackered, one window nearly fell out when we tried to pull in tighter shut. Carpets needed cleaning and things needed fixing. Not what we expected for the money we paid. Check in was only between 5-6pm. Used swimming pool once and so much chlorine we all ended up with a skin rash. Overall not what we expected for the amount it cost. Not usually one to complain as usually only in chalet to sleep and out and about rest of time but we were disappointed.
