Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko sklepy i restauracje, spacerek do plaży. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, także w sprzęt plażowy (parasol, leżaki, wiaderko dla dziecka). Dużym plusem był słoneczny balkon a także basen dostępny w budynku. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielem obiektu.

Ale normalnego człowieka lokal spełnia wszystkie podstawowe wymagania. Polecam i prawdopodobnie wrócę. Basen z jacuzzi w pochmurne dni robią robotę.

Doskonała lokalizacja w centrum dzielnicy uzdrowiskowej oraz bliskość plaży. Dużym plusem możliwość nieodpłatnego korzystania z basenu/jacuzzi/sauny. Kolejnym plusem jest możliwość wynajmu garażu podziemnego po wcześniejszym kontakcie gdyż w tej lokalizacji bardzo ciężko i drogo z miejscami parkingowymi. Baza gastronomiczna jest na miejscu bez wychodzenia z obiektu. Objekt z windami oraz podjazdem przyjazny dla "wózkersów". Dobra cena.
Apartament ma też wady - jest już moooocno "zmęczony" i wymaga gruntownego remontu. Stolarka drzwiowa oraz meblowa jest już mocno zużyta zaś na ścianach pamiątki po wcześniejszych lokatorach. O nieżyjącym internecie nie będę się już rozpisywał :) Stąd moja zaniżona ocena - tylko 7/10.
