Casa a pieno terra, tenzialmente fresca nonostante il caldo. Inmersa nel verde. Piscina a pochi minuti di auto disponibile
Il mobilio geberale è datato e qualcosa non funziona, come il forno. I condizionatori ci sono ma non sono perfettamente funzionanti. C è parecchia umidità e lo si avverte anche dall odore degli asciugamani. Ma c è un deumidificatore che aiuta. Nei primi giorni c è stata un invasione di formiche vicino ai sanitari, ma è stata risolta siliconando la loro tana. Ho usato questa struttura per raggiungere la fiera di Roma, ma purtroppo la mattina ci impiegavo quasi una ora a raggiungerla per il traffico. Quindi se dovete andare in Fiera o a Roma in macchina non la consiglio.

De accommodatie ligt in een chique wijk. Deed ons denken aan Malibu. Prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Rome of Ostia. Lisa is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook fijn dat er twee airco’s in het huisje hangen.

Amabilitat de la propietària. Ens va aconsellar molts llocs on anar. Estàvem contínuament en contacte per WhatsApp. El barri molt maco i tranquil. La casa molt bé.
La piscina no està a la casa. Està a 10 minuts caminant. No ho especifica a la descripció
