Apartments Florence Beautiful Terrace Serragli

We loved the location, Santo Spirito is a fantastic neighbourhood and we would absolutely return to this area. The mini market being across the road and supermarket round the corner is ideal. There is a lovely little cafe across the road and so many beautiful restaurants within less than a 5min walk! The apartment itself was well equipped and had plenty of space for the two of us. The terrace is beautiful and allows such a fantastic view of Florence. The host was excellent and sorted an Internet issue immediately. Only negative was that albeit we'd informed them of our arrival time, we still had to wait almost an hour to be met, and get into, the apartment. Not a big deal but after a day of travelling, it was a bit annoying. The mocha pots were a nice little touch and allowed us to brew coffee every morning and enjoy while sitting out on the terrace. Be aware that it's quite a climb to get to the apartment however, if you're looking for authentic Italian accommodation, this is part of the deal! Overall, a really good apartment in a fantastic location.

Albeit Italy was experiencing higher than usual temperatures when we visited, the two small air-conditioning units in the apartment struggled and in all honesty, were not suffice. Also, maybe having shutter/blinds etc on the other windows may have helped with the heat, only one window had shutters. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable, it was quite hard, however that may down to personal preference.

Perfect location. The host allowed us to do an early check-in so it was very helpful. The place was charming with an amazing terrace :)

We loved being in the heart of Santo Spirito less than 10 minutes from the Arno river and Ponte Vecchio. The terrace is very pleasant, we loved having expresso in the morning enjoying views over the florentine rooftops Worth the climb up the stairs everyday!
