Spacious room, great location and really good front desk staff.
The stairs to go to our room downstairs were narrow and my brother had a hard time with them (he's disabled) and I did too (I'm pregnant), also no hot water.

the cheapest for that location. Good if you only look for a place to lay your head.
Just expect very basic things, no confort, microwave was at least working but very poor looking. heater was very low almost not working, but insulation is good and room was at good temperature through it all.
Once again given the price, it was a great deal. that what I needed, and Im satisfied.
room at the last level, It would have been great to know it before it was terrible taking my big suitcase up there. I would have actually been looking for another place due to impracticability.
