Wouldn’t stay again because of the sketchy residents.

Don't Stay at this Motel!

The reason we booked this accommodation was its location to our assignment.

We had booked 2 nights with this motel. When we arrived the main entrance was overgrown and the lawn had not been mowed for some time. (About 6-8 weeks at least) There was no one there to great us. We had to make a phone call, and then that person had to make a call to get someone to the Motel. Check in was meant to be 2pm, when the person finaly arrived we were told our room would not be ready for another hour. Ibexplaind that my Wife had special needs and that would no do as we planed to check in right on time as we had traveled quite some distance. We also had concerns about the cleanliness of the place given the state of the office and the stained curtains on the rooms we could see, from the office. We asked for a refund, it was refused based on policy. We then asked that they at least give us one night refund as we had to find other accommodation. This too was denied!

Windows would not close, carpet smelled, tiles falling off. Taps could not turn off. Had not been cleaned properly

Close to location of where we were meant to be for the weekend.

We booked 2 nights and as soon as we checked in we requested a refund as the room did not look or feel up to standards at all. A refund was denied. Poor maintenance of the yards. A number to ring on arrival and you have to wait for them to arrive to check in as there is no staff available otherwise. Stained carpets upon walk in. Stained couch. Cockroach on wall beside dining table. Spider webs on sliding door. Insects upstairs as well as further staining on carpet. In need of a decent upgrade to the rooms to feel more comfortable and clean. Deeply disappointed.

Great stay bit comms needs improving

Ease of finding and back exit made getting out simple too

Comms were a bit tricky. I ended up phoning emailing and texting with what I thought to be a very simple request. Arriving late can you tell me the room number and put key under mat. Took a bit to get that outcome

No HOT WATER Owner terrible service

The spacious room

No hot water for a morning shower, no mugs for a morning coffee, bathroom and kitchen were dirty.
