Parma is an amazing city. Well worth the visit. Apartment was a 20 minute plus walk to core.

Spacious and well appointed apartment.

Parking was a problem. Nothing in the vicinity of apartment. Paid parking was a fifteen minute walk to apartment. To say parking is available can be deceiving especially for anyone with mobility issues.

The perfect location for seeing everything we wanted to see in Parma

Everything we could possibly need was there and we felt very at home. Loved having all that space and enjoyed the balcony too. Flavia was lovely and left us with all the information we needed for a great time. Thank you! So convenient for everywhere you'd want to visit and great for arriving by train. Perfect!

Nice apartment close to center

The apartments was really nice and clean. It is comfortable for a family of 4, since there are 2 bedrooms. The location is 10 minutes walking from the town center and close to the river. In the area there are also restaurants and a park easily accessible at walking distance.

The area did not feel safe at first glance even if we did not have any issue, finding car park was really complicate despite the host supplied a parking card. Unfortunately the area is packed with cars being so close to town center and since we had boxes in the car we did not want to have it too far away.

We stayed one night on the way to south - everything was fine: parking wasn't a problem, slept well, enjoyed a walk in the nearest park in the evening and found one very good ice cream shop in the old town.

Very spacious apartment. Well situated to visit Parma - short walk to the centre. Flavia gave us a local resident’s parking pass, which allowed us to park our car in the street. Excellent dinner in restaurant Alfione at 200 m from the apartment

Large apartment near the station . Around 20 mins walk to old Town center . Well appointed with all necessary items.

Not many shops or restaurants near the apartment , so need to go to old Town for shopping and eating

Great value, great hub with easy access to train.

The location on the river was great. The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms, 1 living area, large bath and kitchen. Air conditioning is located in Living area and Main bedroom.

We wished the second bedroom had air con. The walk to city center was a little far with 2 small children.

Pleasant

Location is good. It's a big apartment if you stay with less than 4. You get parking papers which allow you to park for free in the street (if there is place).

It's an older apartment that needs a bit of love. The toilet doesn't flush half of the time, the shower has a leak when turning on the side/massage beams. The aircondition in the master bedroom is very weak. Some windows (kitchen) don't close due to old age, so you get more street noise.

Casa in un quartiere non molto tranquillo, parcheggio impossibile da trovare sia a pagamento che gratuito, letto non conforme, pulizia non era il massimo. Non abbiamo concluso il soggiorno, siamo andati via prima perche non ci siamo trovati bene.

Appartamento comodo e ben gestito

La posizione dell'appartamento è comodissima. Davvero vicino al centro storico e alla stazione. In casa erano presenti tutti i comfort necessari anche per poterci trascorrere più notti. Molto caratteristica anche la vista sul torrente Parma e il Ponte delle nazioni con tutte le bandiere.

L'unico punto negativo è l'assenza di un parcheggio in prossimità dell'appartamento.

Καθαρό, πολύ άνετοι χώροι, βολική τοποθεσία.

Η ιδιοκτήτρια ευγενέστατη. Το διαμέρισμα τεράστιο, μεγάλα άνετα δωμάτια(όλα με ντουλάπες) πεντακάθαρο,ψηλοτάβανο, με όλες τις ανέσεις και συσκευές που μπορεί κανείς να χρειαστεί. Δίπλα από τον σταθμό τρένων, με θέα το ποτάμι και σε κοντινή απόσταση από το ιστορικό κέντρο της Πάρμας.
