The staff were so friendly and helpful
I loved the communal area with a very well equipped kitchen 😋 rooms and shower rooms had all that was promised

The staff were wonderful, friendly and very welcoming. Nice big kitchen, multiple stove tops and ovens and there was even a light breakfast of toast with tea and coffee included.
The showers were like the push taps. Push, 2 seconds of water, push again. Very annoying. Also no changing facilities in the bathroom. Also, not labelling them as bed bugs, but I did wake up covered in bites of some sort.
