We had a wonderful stay and an excellent experience.
The highlight of our stay was the outstanding hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their exceptional service made us feel genuinely welcome and turned our stay into a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach many attractions and public transport. It also had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed, efficient air conditioning, and two bathrooms, which was very convenient for our family.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

أكثر ما ميز هذه الإقامة هو حسن تعامل العاملين واحترافيتهم العالية. كانوا في غاية اللطف والاحترام، ومتعاونين بشكل استثنائي، ويحرصون دائمًا على تقديم المساعدة بابتسامة واهتمام حقيقي. هذا المستوى من الخدمة جعلنا نشعر بالترحيب والراحة طوال فترة إقامتنا.
أما الشقة فكانت جميلة، واسعة، نظيفة، ومجهزة بشكل ممتاز. كما أن موقعها مميز ويسهل الوصول منه إلى العديد من الأماكن المهمة ووسائل المواصلات. وتضم مطبخًا متكاملًا بجميع الأدوات اللازمة، وتكييفًا يعمل بكفاءة، بالإضافة إلى دورتي مياه، وهو ما وفر راحة كبيرة لعائلتنا.

Location was great, very convenient to public transportation. Small store on same street. Safe area. Staff very nice. Very clean. Comfortable.
Unit was not as pictured and could use some attention (older cabinets, area by washing machine could be made nicer) but it was clean. AC wasn’t properly explained and we didn't figure it out til the last night - but that's on us for not asking.

Good location
Didn’t have the basic amenities and missing crockery and cutlery for more than 2 people.
Unit is tired and needs revamping. Photos were not a true reflection of the standard of the property.
