Everything from the minute we entered the hotel. The genuine kindness and friendliness of the staff, they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The cleanliness was superb and quick response to our requests was impressive. The location is prime right in the middle of everything!

Location and room size
I was disappointed and embarrassed at check-out when I was informed that a service charge would be deducted from my security deposit as a form of gratuity for the staff. I believe gratuities should always be voluntary and left at the guest’s discretion. and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expected from the hotel. I hope this matter will be reviewed to ensure a better experience for future guests.
