    * My favourite aspects of this hotel were its central location, just a short walk from famous streets. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The spacious, elegantly decorated rooms added to the overall experience.

    Pros: right across the street from Hyde Park and close to Green Park. The executive lounge is a nice perk and saves you buying breakfast separately. The executive suite gives you a second bedroom when traveling with a child. Cons- all the Mayfair executive suites are apparently located next to the elevator. There was a constant background swoosh of the elevator, going up and down. The bathroom was poorly caulked so the shower leaked onto floor… A surprise from a premium brand like Hilton. Staff training was definitely subpar. When I asked about sending a scanned document to the front desk to be printed out, I was given three different emails before it worked. We also had to wait 90 minutes for check-in and were never called or texted as promised.
