Die Lage und Aussicht ist top! Und die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert einwandfrei! Es ist alles vorhanden um entspannt den Urlaub zu genießen. Wir kommen immer wieder!

it was our second time in this house so we already loved it - the location (out of the resort part, on the edge of a natural reserve, quiet and secluded), the house and the garden (great patio with all comfort and privacy one needs)

the garbage collection simply doesn't work - the garbage trucks don't come to the house for some reason so one needs to drive to the industrial zone of San Teodoro where the garbage depot has working hours and is closed for siesta as well as in the evening so one has to cut time from the beach to get rid of the garbage... and once you do all that, you get home just to find the garbage of neighbors who left all scattered in front of the house by wild boars or the wind turning an otherwise pristine environment into a dumpster... Also mosquito nets are greatly needed (though the flat we rented before in the house had one over the bed).

Wonderful seaview, very quiet, empty and calming area, spacious and comfortable apartment, very good contact as regards delay of my arrival

Everything was OK, only as for me not cozy enough - I missed more caring hand of host there :)
