Super friendly helful staff. Mrs Michaela and young man at the reception top service! Driver Goran nice and friendly. Mrs Lorenzetti talks to every guest every morning during breakfast how was the stay and night. The same during superb dinner at hotel restaurant! Good example is spread by lady owner. Waiters at restaurant very proffesional. Spa very spacious. Saunas of all kind. Pool. Relax zone. Infrared beds. Free parking. Free shuttle. Close location to ski lift. Plenty of choice breakfast. The best stay in Italy ever. Shall come back...

this hotel is old and needs an upgrade. the bed mattress was a little too hard. it’s quite a walk to the town center, difficult to navigate but I think the property has a shuttle.

This Hotel is a good example of people that love what they are doing

The beautiful Hotel with awesome staff! The meals were above all expectations, especially dinner - the level of dishes is unbelievable. Ivan the guy on reception is so nice and helpful. All facilities are well maintained and you can feel the customer care and service to n every interaction with the staff. With no doubt we will be more than happy to come again to this beautiful place

The best hotel we have stayed in for a long time

everything was excellent, food was amazing, staff were brilliant, the facilities were superb, lovely little touches like cake available every afternoon, and to travel home with, breakfast bags for early departure, shuttle to the ski lifts or town any time, nothing was too much trouble. We changed to half board after the first nights dinner as the food was so good and they were very accommodating for my daughter who eats a gluten & lactose free diet. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna every afternoon which was very clean and well maintained. This hotel is a credit to the team that work here thank you for a perfect stay

We enjoyed ourselves.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, a great view on the mountains from the breakfast room, there’s even life music in the evening which is a nice touch, the shuttle service was excellent.

the spa area is a bit outdated for the category of the hotel, the breakfast was limited due to covid, room was a bit dark.

Waiters were nice and professional, desk personnel also. Relax room was nice and with a great view.

Room was very small, it was old (old furniture, old carpet floor, old bathroom). Safe was extra small. Pool water was burning my eyes so probably too much chlorine. In general the hotel felt really old and not in line with the average I have seen in the region (which I visit at least once a year). Dinner was good but felt like a brick in the stomach every evening. Maybe a wider choice of vegetables dishes instead of heavy meet/beef stuff would have been appreciated.

What a great stay!

Family run hotel with special attention to details, very friendly and hospitable staff, great and clean facilities, delicious food. Oh and what a view of the Dolomites through the room window! We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back and recommend to our friends!

Příjemný tradiční hotel, milý a ochotný personál, výheldy na okolní hory.

Krásný tradiční hotel, velmi příjemný pesonál, luxusní výhled na okolní hory. Byli jsme zde v létě, do centra Madonny a na lanovku nabízel hotel zdarma shuttle bus. Na odjezd jsme dostali balíček přímo od madam Lorenzetti, to bylo velmi milé.

Un degno soggiorno da hotel 4 stelle, attenzione ai dettagli straordinaria, ordine e pulizia. Lo staff SUPER disponibile a ogni ora e per qualsiasi informazione, preparato e rigoroso. La proprietaria accoglie gli ospiti e lascia dei regali al check out! Tutto ha superato le nostre aspettative. Ci è stata offerta una camera molto più grande della prenotata perché disponibile durante il nostro soggiorno, vista sulle montagne e pulizia costante. La struttura è BELLISSIMA! In tipico stile montano e probabilmente rinnovata recentemente. Il ristorante di ottima qualità con personale attento e simpatico. Piatti ricercati, personalmente avrei preferito una cucina piu casereccia o moderna, forse un po troppo stile anni 80 per i miei personalissimi gusti! La navetta funziona sempre, ed è comoda sopratutto per arrivare agli impianti! Ma si cammina facilmente nel centro del paese in 15 minuti. Torneremmo ogni weekend se potessimo!

Accoglienza ottima, tutti molto disponibili e gentili. Il servizio navetta fantastico sia per le passeggiate che per andare in centro a farsi un giro. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene sia a colazione che a pranzo. La proprietaria molto carina e premurosa, una vera padrona di casa.

Forse qualche grado in più nella piscina che abbiamo trovato un po’ tiepida, ma comunque bella!
