Appartement très confortable. Front de mer. Personnel de l’hôtel très sympa

Le bien est loué par un particulier et nous n’avons pas accès au spa de l’hôtel . Tout est donc payant. 15 euros par personne pour accéder à la piscine par exemple.

Die Nähe zum Strand ist fantastisch. Bodentiefe Fenster und der Balkon mit Blick gen Ostsee. Das Apartment hat eine angenehme Größe.

Die Tür funktionierte leider nicht richtig und löste zudem Alarm aus. Das war etwas unangenehm weil wir mit Baby reisten und das öffnen der Tür sehr laut war.

The location of course is amazing. Most of the amenities are available in the apartment for going to the beach - chair, umbrella... Kitchen seems okay too - we didn't use it though.

The bed - mattress is unbelievably soft - very difficult to sleep on. The moment your knee touches the mattress you hit something hard inside which hurts. I'm 7 months pregnant and I couldn't sleep on that mattress at all. Out of two nights, one night I had to sleep on the couch - which itself is not the best but a little better than the bed. Pet hair everywhere. Dandruff like thingy on the bed covers - it felt as if the bed covers and duvet covers were used and unwashed. THIS WAS A BIG NEGATIVE FOR US. We messaged the responsible person on the booking.com app but they didn't respond at all. When we entered, the floor was also very dirty (dust, sand particles and stuff). We were informed that at that time and the 50% of money was pending to be paid - so some lady came by, said sorry 50 times and vacuumed the floor with much anger - then we let her do only one room and told her to leave the vacuum cleaner and not do the bedroom - we did it ourselves. Basic things were unavailable - Shower gel, only one small towel was given between two people... I had added in the special request message to give some hard pillows because of my pregnancy - they didn't even bother to comment on that or give the pillows... Really disappointed. I have been through half of Europe and was never so upset with a booking. They strongly affected my baby-moon to an extent. IMPORTANT NOTE: they are a private apartment under a big scale hotel's name - Diune. Very difficult to understand how it works but all the amenities listed in the booking.com are paid for this apartment people - even if they are free of charge for the hotel people. Hotel's entrance is used but the rest of the concept is new and strange to me - mostly because it was never clarified. And the payments go directly only to the owner's iban - hotel reception does not entertain you. Check-in times were 16-19 and we were informed we will be there by ~18 hrs.
