Das Personal im Hotel, NICHT VACATION-CLUB, war zumindest bemüht, uns zu helfen, verschiedene Probleme zu klären. Dabei sind sie nicht mal zuständig, dafür vielen Dank...
Wir waren bereits das 3.Mal in diesen Apartments des Vacation-Club, jedes Mal in einem anderen Raum, das macht uns das Vergleichen einfacher... Dieses Mal war alles etwas schwierig: Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war nicht zum App. gehörig, das ließ sich leider nicht der Anzeige entnehmen, so mussten wir erstmal draußen parken und 2 Tage später nach längeren Diskussionen mit dem Hotelpersonal, dass übrigens gar nicht zuständig ist für den Vacation-Club und daher verständlicherweise etwas genervt, haben wir einen freien Tiefgaragenstellplatz gegen happige Gebühr erhalten. Die Diskussionen sollten den ganzen Urlaub anhalten: Es gab für 4 Personen keine Bademäntel zur Wellness-Nutzung, diese mussten speziell bestellt werden ( dauerte 2 Tage), dann Diskussionen um unser Recht zur Nutzung der Sauna und des Bades. Das Personal im Bad ist leider nicht das Freundlichste und hilft Vacation-Club-Nutzern nicht wirklich, man wird als 2.Klasse-Gast gesehen. Am dritten Tag in der Sauna wurden wir dann hinauskomplimentiert mit dem Hinweis, nur über 14-jährige düften saunieren (unsere Tochter ist 11 und weiß sich zu benehmen). Aber gut, soweit die Regel, seltsam nur, dass wir die letzten Jahre keinerlei Probleme in der Sauna hatten und da war unsere Tochter noch jünger... Zum Apartment: Wir würden nicht wieder buchen, mittlerweile scheint man es etwas lässig anzugehen bei der Austattung der Räume: Keine Mikrowelle, kein Backofen, kein Toaster, keine Abwaschlappen...alles in Allem recht lieblos, man stelle sich vor, man wollte Frühstück machen, ohne Hitzequelle schwierig...wir haben dann unsere Toastbrote im Waffeleisen warmgemacht, da hat es wenigstens was genützt... Fazit des Ganzen: Nächstes Jahr schauen wir uns nach etwas anderem um, tut mir ein wenig leid um die normalerweise netten Polen, aber uns reicht es erstmal. Achso: Im Nachbarraum hatten wir ein polnisches Paar, das sich so gar nicht um andere Gäste geschert hat, laute Musik bis Mitternacht und ab 7.00 Uhr wieder..
