Dobra rokalizacja. Blisko morza cicha i spokojna okolica. Niedaleko przystanek autobusowy.

Apartment w nowoczesnym budynku, czysty, szybkie windy, basen i sauna (dodatkowo płatne), udogodnienia i atrakcje dla dzieci, restauracja na miejscu z dobrym jedzeniem. Przestrzeń w lobby do wypicia drinka. Super balkon i widok na morze. Bardzo blisko plaży.
Największym minusem tego apartamentu jest źle zaplanowana przestrzeń mieszkania na wynajem. Człowiek, który przyjeżdża z walizkami potrzebuje miejsca aby wypakować rzeczy i mieć wolne półki do przechowywania, a w mieszkaniu nowoczesne meble szafka pod tv czy przy łóżku zupełnie nie spełniają tego warunku. Mnóstwo bibelotów, ozdób i chyba z 15 sztucznych kwiatków w wazonach. Te rzeczy nie dodają uroku, a denerwują bo trzeba je poprzenosić w jedno miejsce (w naszym przypadku schowaliśmy je do szafy) żeby moc postawić swoją kosmetyczkę, telefon czy książkę. Drobne, ale istotne braki w wyposażeniu typu, suszarka do naczyń, deska do krojenia, mop lub szmata do podłogi w łazience itp. Łóżko wygodne, ale kanapa juz twarda.
