VacationClub, nicht noch einmal bei diesem Vermieter.
Das Hotel, direkt am Strand, die Mitarbeiter im Hotel haben uns ein zweites Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, 530€ Extrakosten, Frühstück im Hotel war echt gut.
Am 22.12. sind wir angereist und haben die Schlüssel aus der Schlüsselbox entnommen. Bereits beim Betreten des Apartments fielen uns mehrere Probleme auf, die leider den gesamten Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Zunächst stellten wir fest, dass der Karteneinschub für die Stromversorgung locker war und nur durch ein Kabel gehalten wurde, was uns große Bedenken hinsichtlich der Sicherheit aufkommen ließ. Weiterhin bemerkten wir, dass das Apartment insgesamt vernachlässigt schien. Der Heizkörper im Bad wirkte unhygienisch, und wir entdeckten eingetrocknetes Blut auf einem der Kissen. Die Sauberkeit ließ generell zu wünschen übrig, und der Boden sowie die Tische waren bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt verschmutzt. Auch die Flecken auf dem Sofa und die Haare der vorherigen Gäste waren unübersehbar. Die Balkontür ließ sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen, was sich später als Glücksfall herausstellte, denn am nächsten Morgen bemerkten wir, dass sich der oben angesammelte Schmutz über die gesamte untere Etage verteilt hatte. Dies war für uns äußerst unangenehm und inakzeptabel. Die Probleme setzten sich im Bad fort, wo beim Duschen braunes, abgestandenes Wasser austrat. Die Wasserhähne entließen ebenfalls braune/schwarze Partikel, und die Waschbeckenabflüsse waren verstopft. Obwohl wir diese Mängel sofort bei Ihrem Büro vor Ort gemeldet haben, wurde bis zu unserer Abreise keine Abhilfe geschaffen, obwohl uns versichert wurde, dass ein Klempner sich darum kümmern würde. In Anbetracht dieser Missstände sahen wir uns gezwungen, das Apartment vorzeitig zu verlassen und ein zusätzliches Zimmer im Marine Hotel zu buchen, was uns Mehrkosten in Höhe von ca. 530 € verursachte. Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin des Marine Hotels hat die Zustände im Apartment ebenfalls bestätigt. Es ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, dass
