The location is great just next to the sea and bike / walk path, the apartment was very nice and clean, enough space for 4 people, very comfortable.

A really spacious apartment and the beach is a minute-walk away. From the balcony there is a sea-and-forest view.

All the use of hotel's recreational facilities is payable separately (inquire about prices before coming, if you plan to use them). The pool is small and was crowded, when we were there.

Missing baking owen in the kitchen. Just two balcony chairs available but should be three when rented to a family of three members. Beach equipmemt missing (textile "wall" against wind and sand, beach chairs).

Nie wieder!

Die Lage des Hotels

Bereits der Check in gestaltete sich katastrophal. 45min Zimmersuche dank miserabler Beschreibung per SMS. Hilfe bekommt man von den Damen der Rezeption leider keine, weil diese nicht für einen zuständig sind. Dank eines netten Zimmermädchens fanden wir das Zimmer mit einem kleinen Schlüsselsafe an der Tür. Das Schlafsofa hatte sämtliche braune,grüne und rote Flecken. Das Fach vom Gefrierschrank fehlt,Lebensmittel gefrieren im Kühlschrank. Sämtliche Steckdosenabdeckungen sind abgebrochen,Thermostat vom Heizkörper im Bad wurde einfach abgeschnitten, blanke Kabel hängen daran,Heizkörper ohne Funktion. Schimmel im Bad,sowie fehlende Fugen in den Fließen. Sämtliche Lampen (Küche,Bad,Wohnzimmer) ohne Funktion. Auf Nachfrage wurde lediglich das Licht im Wohnzimmer funktionstüchtig gemacht,alle anderen Hinweise zu den genannten Problemen wurden gänzlich ignoriert. Die Stühle auf der Terasse sind durchgebrochene und nicht zu benutzen. Die Matratze im Doppelbett ist bereits so stark durchgelegen das man bereits jede einzelne Feder merkte. Tapete löst sich teilweise von den Wänden. TV bot drei deutsche Sender, ZDF,KIKA und ARD , das war’s. Persönlicher Kontakt fand während des Aufenthalts keiner statt, alles wurde per SMS oder WhatsApp kommuniziert. Die Kurtaxe sollte über einen Safe bezahlt werden, jedoch lehnten wir dies ab und baten um persönliche Übergabe. Es folgte keinerlei Reaktion hierauf mehr. Erst nach Abreise gab es hierzu dann eine Antwort.

Die Matratze hat leider die besten Zeiten bereits erlebt. Man spürt die Federn im Rücken. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer empfängt keinen Sender. Ein Suchlauf war völlig ergebnislos. Einige Steckdose sind beschädigt (Abdeckung im Bad defekt). Der elektrische Badheizkörper kann nicht funktionieren, da die Verbindung zum Strom abgeschnitten wurde. Es roch etwas komisch im gesamten Apartment. Dieser Umstand wurde mit elektrischen Duftspendern versucht zu überdecken.

Musiałem czekać na przyjazd kogoś z kluczami. W łazience niesprawny grzejnik łazienkowy, brak wieszaczków na ręczniki (tylko 2 małe haczyki a ręczników 4 ). Niesprawne oświetlenie główne w pokoju, niesprawne oświetlenie podszafkowe w aneksie kuchennym. Lodówka nieodmrażana chyba od ostatniego sezonu
