The size of the balcony was pretty big, and also the bathroom was nice

Extremely unpleasent service guy who left me the key. With this attitude he shouldn't work with people. Very arrogant fellow and it was very unpleasent to stay even one minute with him. I asked him to cancell my reservation because the room didn't meet my requirements but he only laughing. Moreover this object using the hotel fame and advertising as a hotel room, in fact this is a private room in a hotel building and they don't offer any facilities which was in hotel price. For every single thing you have to pay extra money e.g. parking 50 zł lunch 85 zł swimming pool 50 zł etc. I asked at reception what would be the price for hotel room and they told me it was comparable with all facilities inluded in price. So if you want to stay in this hotel always try to contact with hotel directly. Very disappointing rate price to condition especially there is a dead season at the moment. I am not going to recommend this object to anyone. They hide all additional fees at booking service. After all the price with all facilities was two times higher as the original price at booking.com

Access road still under construction. Bed could have been a little softer. More pillows or thicker ones would have been nice. Had to pay extra for breakfast, not included.

Angeboten wurde ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick in einem Hotel. Beschrieben war das es vor Ort Parkmöglichkeiten, Frühstück und Co in dem dazugehörigen Restaurant und diverse Zusatzleistungen wie die Nutzung des Pool.- und Wellnessbereich in dem Hotel an der Rezeption zubuchbar seien. Vor Ort wurde uns dann jedoch vom Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass die Buchung nicht wie bei Booking auf der Internetseite angegeben über die Vermietung des Hotels selbst, sondern über ein privat vermietetes Appartement in dem Hotel läuft. Dies war weder auf der Booking-Seite selbst erkennbar (Text und Fotos beschreiben und verweisen auf das Hotel) noch im Emailverkehr mit dem Anbieter (geantwortet wurde immer im Namen des Hotels). Alle vorher versprochenen, zubuchbaren Zusatzleistungen können von dem Hotel selbst nicht berücksichtigt werden, da dieses komplett ausgebucht sei und wir durch die Privatvermietung nicht zu den Hotelgästen zählen würden.

W jednym budynku jest hotel jak i apartamenty , straszne podejście recepcji do ludzi mieszkających w apartamentach gdzie używamy korzystamy ze wszystkiego tak samo , brak parkingu dla nas , gdy wjechałem bo nie wiedziałem to mega źle nastawiona recepcja gdy chce kupić miejsce parkingowe PROSZĘ NATYCHMIAST OPUŚCIĆ TEREN HOTELU chamskie odżywki , jednego dnia udało się jedną noc 70 zł , ostania noc pani chciała mnie 250 wykasować za parking tragedia , ogólnie basen dla apartamentów płatny 3 osoby 160 zł za jednorazowe wejście bez limitu ale jak chcesz iść rano i wieczorem płacisz 2 razy , widok na morze jakiś jest

Schönes Zimmer, schöne Lage

Es war ein toller Balkon, ein super schönes zimmer, alles war sehr sauber, die Lage war auch super.

Das einzige was Verbesserungswürdig ist, dass es keine Anleitung zum Herd gab. Man konnte diesen nur mit einer ganz bestimmten Kombination anbekommen, aber mit ein bisschen probieren hat dies dann auch geklappt.

Bardzo dobry dla chcących wypocząć

Sam hotel jest rewelacyjny, strefa saun, basen pływacki wszystko świetne. Co do apartamentu, mam mieszane uczucia. Słabo wygodny materac, poduszka itp. liczyłam na wyższy poziom podstawowych rzeczy.

Wkład do pościeli, poduszki, materac słabej jakości. Brak dobrego zestawu kosmetyków. Myślę że to teraz takie przyzwoite minimum. Zwłaszcza że apartament nie należy do najtańszych.

Przyjemny weekend w Kołobrzegu.

Bardzo nam się podobało. Bardzo blisko na plaże. W obiekcie m.in. restauracja i bar, basen, spa, wypożyczalnia rowerów, W apartamencie było wszystko, czego potrzeba, zgodnie z opisem w ofercie. Dostępne były kapsuły do ekspresu do kawy :). Częściowy widok na morze, również zgodny z opisem.
