Wir waren schon mehrmals in einem dieser schönen Häuser in Schwendau. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auftretende Fragen oder Wünsche werden extrem schnell beantwortet. Schön ist auch, dass man fußläufig einen Bäcker mit allgemeinen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs zur Verfügung hat. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend und der Ausblick auf die Zillertaler Bergwelt einfach immer wieder schön.
Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was man bemängeln kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Great location for walking and cycling, this wooden house was sufficiently spacious with 7 of us and airy and clean. A regional cable car pass can be bought for about 70 EUR covering about 10 cable cars, so really excellent value if you want to walk at a high altitude or cycle down or on top of hills every day.
It would be nice to be met on the day of arrival by the host, but the keys were easy to find and everything worked. Towels and a basic starter pack provision (at least one roll of toilet paper+soap) would make sense considering the minor marginal cost of this (we did not read the fine print well enough !).

The design and view
No towels, no garbage bags, tiny fridge for a group of 10 ppl! No shoe dryers in ski room… seems a shame cause such a nice apartment invest just a little bit more and it would have been perfect!
