Spacious, fully equipped apartment. Ideal as a base for exploring the Zillertal region.

Apartment on the top floor. Three separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two terraces with mountain views. Parking in front of the apartment building. It is about a 2 km walk to the center of Mayrhofen, but there is a bus stop in front of the house that will take you there once an hour. In combination with the Zillertal Activcard, it is the ideal base for trips in the Zillertal region.

Perfect Accommodation for a Stay in Mayrhofen

We stayed in this apartment for one week and were absolutely delighted! Spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly cozy — it instantly felt like home. Everything we needed was right at hand: comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful details like dishwasher tablets, sharp knives, and kitchen towels. The location turned out to be very convenient — a quiet and peaceful area just a few minutes’ drive from the center of Mayrhofen. The apartment layout was especially impressive: two identical bedrooms, each with its own bathroom — perfect for families or friends traveling together. The mattresses and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The large balcony with a rain cover and a spacious table with six chairs

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, which might be a challenge for guests with limited mobility. One small downside was the absence of a microwave in the apartment itself. Although there was one available in the shared area on the floor below, having it directly in the apartment would have been more convenient.

A great place to stay.

The hosts are fantastic. We arrived really late, and they waited for us to give us the keys. The apartment is great. There is nothing to change. We enjoyed every day of our stay.

The house was clean and confortable with a big balcony. 4 minutes from Mayrofhen. If you are a light sleepeer, you need of earplugs.

The host didn't give me the guest card. I don't like the tent inside the shower. Inside the apartment miss somerhing to clean the floor (broom)

Kind and friendly hosts, clean and spacious rooms, well heated. Plenty of parking space (hotel is 2km from town center). Excellent value as a base location for a week of skiing at Mayrhofen/Zillertal area.

Quite impractical kitchen without basic utensils. There was not even one usable knife or lid. Common spaces of building smell extremely intensely with some sort of aromatic scent.

Tolle Lage mit Bergsicht, allerdings ca 2,5 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Zimmer sehr sauber und frisch renoviert - ein Traum. Super gemütlich, schön warmes Bad. Parkplätze vor der Haustür.

Toller Kurzaufenthalt

Wir haben leider nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, aber wir waren absolut begeistert! Unser Appartement war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und verfügte über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, eine Küche mit Essbereich und einen großen Balkon. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen! Und die Lage ist optimal - nach Mayrhofen sind es nur ein 2 Minuten, zum Schlegeisspeicher ca. 30 Minuten!

Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln!

• Toller Balkon mit Bergblick • die größe des Appartement‘s war für und (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 1 Hund) vollkommen ausreichend • hinter dem Gebäude gibt es einen tollen Spazierweg neben dem Fluss • von der Unterkunft aus braucht man nur 5 Autominuten in die Stadt (20 Gehminuten)

• das Appartement, speziell die Küche und das Badezimmer waren nicht Sauber; das Geschirr Schmutzig; der Küchentisch klebrig und die Eckbank kaputt; • im ersten Stock befindet sich ein WC und ein kleines Badezimmer das für jeden zugänglich ist - beides ist milde gesagt grauenhaft verdreckt; • Standardmäßig befindet sich Toilettenpapier am WC welches so Dünn ist dass man Durchblicken kann (auf Anfrage bekamen wir zumindest 2 lagiges zur Verfügung gestellt) • im gesamten Haus riecht es äußerst unangenehm, speziell im obersten Stockwerk • das Haus befindet sich unmittelbar neben einer Hochspannungsleitung • der Aussenbereich ist nicht sonderlich gepflegt • ich hätte mir von der Gastgeberfamilie etwas mehr Freundlichkeit (allgemein) gewunschen

Gewoon een heel net appartement. Precies wat je verwachten mag voor de prijs die je betaald. Voor mij was het zelfs een beetje nostalgisch. Ik kan mij voorstellen dat iemand anders het wat gedateerd vindt. Aan de achterkant van het gebouw zit een koeienstal... Leuk!

Tja, het is geen 4 sterren. Maar het is schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is er.

ups and downs

Inrichting van de kamer was prima. Gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk. Locatie was goed. Een kamer voor een betaalbare prijs.

Er had ook een groep vrienden/bekenden geboekt (van naar schatting 12 personen). Deze groep was 's avonds erg luidruchtig in de ontbijtzaal en op de gang. Dit ging door tot middernacht. Hierdoor een verstoorde nachtrust. Volgens de huisregels zou het stil zijn tussen 22.00 en 7.00. Helaas werd hier niet aan voldaan.
