Lots of space -good location if you have a car - hosts were helpful

No washing machine and the cleaner have to access a storage/utility area within the apartment ( through the entrance hall) to service other apartments which was a surprise!

Stay away. I dont recommend!!

I had to clean up the appartment when i arrived. There were spider webs..the floors were dirty. Waterheater was so dirty that no one can use it anymore. The host was arrogant when i told that i had to clean the appartment. They will charge for a cleaning but they dont do anything. I really dont recommend. The only good thing is the location.

Weinig faciliteiten in de buurt ( restaurant/winkel) Kleine Citroën bus past niet onder de carport, niet heel duidelijk met nummer aangegeven waar je kunt parkeren, boze buren.

Schöner Sommerurlaub in Mayrhofen mit nerviger Buchungsprozedur

Wohnung und Lage waren okay. Wohnung war ausreichend eingerichtet (Achtung: Es ist relativ viel selbst mitzubringen; Fliegenklatsche sollte im Reisegepäck nicht fehlen). Betreuung vor Ort war kurzfristig erreichbar und hat die fehlenden Handtücher umgehend besorgt.

Die Buchungsprozedur über PiaUndDirk habe ich als sehr unangenehm empfunden. Mein Postfach zählt insgesamt 19 E-Mails. Wenige Stunden nach meiner Buchung teilte man mir mit, dass ich ohne Gäste-Registrierung im Portal keinen Zugangscode bekäme. Außerdem wurde ich angehmahnt, eine Kaution per Banküberweisung zu tätigen und den Bank-Beleg als Mail zuzusenden. Auch das mit der Androhung, sonst nicht in die Wohnung gelassen zu werden. Bei einem Anruf in der Buchungszentrale wurde ich gemaßregelt, ich müsse schon "zeitnah" auf Aufforderungen reagieren. Die Abmelde-Nachricht hat dann erneut auf 11 zu beachtende Punkte hingewiesen. Das waren etwa so viele Dinge, auf die auch die Hausordnung hingewiesen hat, jeweils recht unfreundlich formuliert. Jede erhaltene Mail hat den Zusatz: "Reisen macht Spaß... mit Pia und Dirk eKfm": Die Reise war schön; auf den Kontakt zu PiaUndDirk hätte ich verzichten können.
