The apartment was nice and clean, check in was smooth. The view from the apt. is great. Beds and mattresses were comfortable.

Great apartment in a perfect location!

The apartment was clean, fully equipped and very comfortable, even for two families with children and a dog :). Great location only 5 min from Zell am Ziller and very close to many tourist attractions in Zillertal. It was a very nice stay!

Clean, comfortable, convinient stay

Very clean and comfortable apartment. The host shared all the required details prior to our visit. It was a contactless checkin but we didn’t have any issues. The kitchen had so many utensils, we could have cooked a 9 course meal there 🙂 But if you want to eat out then the Greek restaurant on the ground floor serves amazing food!! Location is convinient. However since we did not take public transportation, I’m not sure about reach ability by bus. There were 3 bedrooms and a large kitchen which was suitable for our family.

Some small inconveniences. Nothing to stop us from booking this apartment again - couldn’t find a bottle opener - bathroom was very small and no hooks near the shower area to hang clothes or towels (there was one next to the toilet though) - apartment on second floor with spiral steps which can be difficult for elderly

Location was good. Free parking. Easy check-in. Bed was comfortable. Enough dishes in kitchen.

Back and forth communications over WhatsApp as the owner was not available onsite. Dishwasher not available in one of the apartments. We expected the onsite restaurant, but it was closed. Bedrooms are connected thus privacy issues and inconvenient for group of families. Only on bathroom and was connected to kitchen and the kitchen was accessible from one of the bedrooms. It was very inconvenient to cross through someone's bedroom to common bathroom. Altogether, the apartment layout was inconvenient to guests if group of families.

Heerlijk apartement met een balkon. Ruimte was knus en zag er netjes uit. De ligging is perfect, je bent zo in zillertal maar kunt ook zo naar Gerlos.

De koekenpannen zijn versleten en beschadigd. De ruimte waar we zaten was niet echt heel warm te krijgen.

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war ok.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut – man ist schnell in Zell.

Das Apartment war insgesamt ok, aber mit einigen deutlichen Schwächen: • Sehr enges Bad ohne Ablageflächen und ohne Handtuchhalter. • Dusche und Waschbecken liefen nur sehr langsam ab. • Neben den Betten fehlen kleine Ablagen oder Schränkchen. • Der Spiegel war verschmiert, die Böden klebrig, Schränke und Oberflächen staubig – insgesamt wirkte es so, als wäre vor unserer Ankunft nicht gründlich sauber gemacht worden. • Für den gesamten Aufenthalt gab es nur einen einzigen Müllbeutel. • Sehr hellhörig, zudem starker Lärm von der stark befahrenen Straße vor dem Haus. Mit mehr Sauberkeit, besserer Ausstattung und einer Lösung für die Lärmsituation könnte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein.

Im Zimmer ist die Hellhörigkeit sehr stark: Der Nachbar über uns stand jeden Morgen um 6 Uhr auf, und durch die knarrend

Vorteile: Hervorragende Lage und wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Sehr bequemes Bett und ausreichend Kissen.

Nachteile: Check-in erst ab 16:00 Uhr. Wir haben in einem Zimmer für 6 Personen gewohnt, aber der Kühlschrank war sehr klein, sodass nicht alle Lebensmittel hineingepasst haben. Überraschend war auch, dass es in keinem der Badezimmer Duschgel gab und nur in einem Badezimmer Seife vorhanden war – das ist eigentlich ein Mindeststandard, den jedes Hotel unabhängig von der Sterne-Kategorie bieten sollte. Außerdem wäre es hilfreich, einen Schwamm und Tücher für die Küche bereitzustellen, wenn schon eine Küche vorhanden ist – ohne diese ist es wirklich unpraktisch, Töpfe oder Geschirr zu spülen.

Zo'n typisch huisje, maar niet benauwd

prachtig uitzicht vanaf de locatie. Daarnaast was de extra wc echt een fijne bonus. Het appartement was bovendien volledig voorzien van alle benodigde spullen, wat ons verblijf erg comfortabel maakte.

De sleutels vinden was niet zo makkelijk. Voor iemand die nog nooit heeft geskied is een skihut niet vanzelfsprekend, zeker niet wanneer er meerdere andere "hutjes"/appartementjes in de buurt staan. Het zou helpen als dit iets duidelijker aangegeven wordt. en de instructies voor het deponeren van de toeristenbelasting kan ook wat uitgebreider voor de gasten die een eigen ingang hebben.

تظل الشقة خيار جيد للعائلات في زحمة الصيف

موقع الشقة رائع للغاية و أجمل اطلالة يمكن أن تتمناها الوصول سهل للغاية المواقف متوفرة ادوات المطبخ متوفرة الشقة اشبه بغرف فندقية من نوع فنادق ٣ نجوم كنا ٥ أشخاص بالغين.. كانت لنا خصوصية مقبوله في حال وجود أطفال، الشقة تكفي ل ٧ الشقة نظيفة و مرتبة.

المطبخ يفتح على غرفة نوم ، و اعتقد بأن الغرفة كانت في الأصل صالة تم تحويلها لغرفة . توجد ثلاجة لكن ليس فيها فريزر الشقة تقع على احد طرق المرتفعات التي يرتادها اصحاب المواطير لذا في الصباح يكون صوتها مزعج نوعا ما. دورة مياه واحدة.

Das Appartement war geräumig, der Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert, es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Auf Mülltrennung wird geachtet.

Es ist sehr hellhörig gewesen. Die Bewegungen, das Stühlerücken etc. der Bewohner in der darüberliegenden Wohnung waren deutlich zu vernehmen. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße des Gerlospasses nahe einer Serpentine. Entsprechend donnerten die Fahrzeuge mit viel Gas (es gibt in dem Teil der Straße keine Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung) den Pass hoch, direkt am Schlafzimmer vorbei. Man sollte keine Spinnenphobie haben, leider viele Spinnen im Appartement. An ein paar Stellen war Schimmel an der Wand.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Allem, was wir brauchten. Dazu ein Gartenlokal mit Blick ins Tal. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter.

Es war sehr schön im Zillertal, jedoch kommt für uns die Unterkunft nicht nochmal in frage.

Die Entfernung zum Skigebiet ist sehr gut. Trauliche Aufteilung der Wohnung war prima. Die Abwicklung mit der Schlüsselübergabe war optimal gelöst.

Es gibt nicht genug Parkmöglichkeiten, die für die Wohnung waren fast immer besetzt. Leider gibt es nicht genug Besteck für die Anzahl der Personen die vor Ort waren. Die Gäste über uns haben vier Tage lang absoluten Krach gemacht was schon nachmittags anfing, sodass man sich nicht erholen konnte. Leider gibt es keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, es ist alles sehr anonym geregelt. Wenn man sehr früh duschen möchte gab es kein warmes Wasser.

Schick uns gemütlich eingerichtet, aber kühl im Winter.

Die Wohnung ist schick eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer aus ist toll. Es war alles absolut sauber. Das Bett war super bequem. Die Bergbahnen sind gut und schnell mit den Auto erreichbar.

Bei der Ankunft hat Toilettenpapier gefehlt. Eine Pfanne und eine Kelle müssten der Küchenausstattung hinzu gefügt werden. Die Wände sind sehr kalt. Trotz aller Heizkörper auf max. wird die Wohnung in Winter nur schwer warm. Die Passstraße geht direkt vor dem Fenster vorbei, uns hat das nur minimal gestört, aber für Leute mit empfindlichem Schlaf sollten vorsichtig sein.
