nice surroundings, close to mountaings

Spacious villa with sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen.

I have asked so many times for the invoice for my company by email, SMS, phone calls, Booking customer support. Until today I have not received any document from this property. They were aware about this need because I have asked for it, during reservation process. When arrived on the location no one answered to the phone given on the reservation confirmation. By mistake we have found the key of the property under an ashtray outside. There are no towels, we had to ask. The rooms were very cold, not heating was functioning. Property is very close to a busy road, access is little bit cumbersome.

Superb

Facility was very clean, modern, and within walking distance to a grocery store. Also, hiking trails directly across the street which headed directly up the mountain side.

Certain small necessities weren't included which we weren't aware of such as hand soap at the bathroom sinks and towels which we had to pay extra for. House is actually two separate townhouses, one of which contains the kitchen, and the other consists of 3 of the 6 bedrooms (with baths, of course).

The tenants included only 4 adults and 4 children, but after 12 adults I have paid cleaning fees and tourist taxes in advance for the office,, as an absolutely unlawful procedure. The cleaning fee was charged to 12 people, regardless of reality! Take care of the office, THEY ARE INCORRECT!

Gelungener Urlaub mit Freunden, den wir in der Unterkunft gern wiederholen!

Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit vielen Personen. Ausreichend Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer und ein toller großer Aufenthaltsraum der auch den Kindern genug Platz bot. Der Essbereich ist super um Abends noch gemeinsam zu verweilen. Die Nähe zur Zillertalarena und zum Ort ist unschlagbar.

Die Bank ist für eine. Langen Abend etwas hart- ;) Ein paar mehr Kissen oder Polster könnten es noch gemütlicher machen. Aber Kritik auf einem hohen Niveau.
