big, nice and cozy flat on the 3d floor of outentic austrian house.

the flat is cosy, we enjoyed staying there. there are 2 coffee machines, big balcony, lots of space. kitchen is tiny but ok.

3d floor might be not too comfortable for everyone to walk by feet after a day of skiing. especially with a toddler. there was no washing machine in the building, and the only public washing service was in camping 15mins walking. Check-in experience was not smooth. It was not clear where the entrance is. one of the doors had a paper on it with the phone number of frau Penz, without country code. it was not clear that frau Penz is an owner and we must call her. It was not possible to pay by a card - only cash. Local ATMs charge 3,5 eur per transaction, giving 400eur per one, so keep in mind you will leave some money to a bank if not bring cash with you. Frau Penz is super friendly, and i cannot say anything uncomfortable apart from unfortunately she doesn’t speak english, and it was not so easy to collaborate. So we had been solving all the questions through booking app by messaging another person.

Hospitality and the beautiful location. The host, Christian is really good, came to pick us up on the station. He also told us all the necessary location, places, gave information of grossary stores, restaurants and activities nearby when asked.

Not to highlight, varies on apartment to apartment but there weren't basic necessities like shower gel and sugar, salt.

Amazing stay at Apartments Penz

Amazing stay at Apartments Penz! The hosts are extremely friendly and the apartment was very cosy, with many lovely details that really contributed to a warm atmosphere. Everything was really clean (even when we checked the corners ;) and the hosts provided several extra services, including plenty of towels and a coffee bean machine that gave us the best coffee in town. The view from the balcony was magnificent, and even when it was rainy, we could sit dry on the balcony and enjoy the view on the river, the mountains and the neighbouring cute little village.

Geweldig goed en gezellig verblijf gehad bij de familie Penz!

De locatie is perfect; mooi uitzicht en op loopafstand van alle dingen die je nodig kunt hebben in de buurt. Mooie berg erachter waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen en als je de brug oversteekt zit je midden in het centrum van Zell am Ziller. Hele vriendelijke gastvrouw die zich graag inzet om je verblijf zo goed als mogelijk te maken en daarin dagelijks geïnteresseerd is! Het is ons heel erg goed bevallen en we gaan er graag nog een keer terug!! Je moet inderdaad wat trappen op als je het grootste appartement hebt, maar als je dat twee dagen hebt gedaan ben je er ook al aan gewend. Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en is schoon; echt top en een aanrader!

Geweldig Appartement voor ons gezin.

Mooi appartement, met de voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. 2 slaapkamers badkamer aparte wc , keuken en woonkamer met bankstel.. Gewoon uitstekend.. En we hadden appartement op hoogste verdieping en ja 49 treden maar zeer goed te doen ook voor jonge kids..
