Excellent place for a relaxing ski holiday with friends.

I stayed here for a skiing holiday with a few friends. Walter is very friendly and even offered to pick us up from the station in Zell am Ziller, which was very useful since we all had quite a bit of luggage. There is a bus stop right in front of the property that goes straight to the gondola (one or two stops depending on which lift you're taking) which we took every morning when we went skiing in Zillertal Arena. The facilities in the house of the apartment are also excellent, and the kitchen equipment is above average for a short stay apartment.

The knives in the kitchen could have been slightly sharper, but that's it.

Exceptional

The apartment was very spacious for my family. Very nice balcony landscape. It's quiet, the catwalks are singing. If you go to the booth, you can go by car and leave it in the free parking lots at the train station, the beach. I recommend for those who arrive in Zell am Ziller to use the Activ Card from the information point in the center.

Good skiing location

2 minutes drive to Zillertal Arena (free skibus available), good location to drive to other resorts (Mayrhofen, Kaltenbach are 10 minutes drive from the apartment, Hintertux about 30 minutes)

Remember to stay quiet after 10 pm. Zell am Ziller is a small town, you won’t find there many restaurants or pubs, but if you’re visitting it just to ski - it is more than enough

Exceptional

Nice place, very nice hosts, very spacious and clean apartment, well equiped. It even has insect nets in the windows which I have not seen much in other places and I extremely appreciate it! Great quality for very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come again.

The only thing which I did not like was the too soft mattress.

The style of appartment may not fit to evereybody, but it is perfect for families witch children. All is stylised like a castle, we were very satisfied.

Loved the castle set-up and decor. The location was perfect. We had to do a late check-in and (1 hour) late check-out and the hosts were kind enough to let us.

Apartment exceeded expectations. Zillertal a great skiing area

Nice hosts, at departure we went skiing after check out and were allowed to freshen up and change in the SPA before heading to the airport. The design of a castle makes the house special. The apartment was larger and nicer than the impression from photos, exceeded our expectations. Possibillity to order fresh bread waiting outside the apartment door every morning. Grocery store pretty nearby. We drove there but guess walking would be possible. Skibus nearby but we prefer having a car to take us to various ski areas in the valley.

Overall very nice and exceeded our expecations. A couple of minor things good to know: Only a heated mat in the ski room for drying skiboots and if you arrived back after lifts closed no space left on the mat. Limited with restaurants within walking distance but there are a couple As often in the area hosts with limited English skills

Comfort en ligging

Gelegen op 10 min vd skiliften en 10 min van winkels. Warme huiselijkheid na een dag skiën. Prima ruimte, grote slaapkamers en prima badkamer. Ook leuk voor zomers, zeker geweldig voor wintersporters.

De locatie was perfect, we hadden een appartement in een kasteel : ) met volop ruimte, zo gaaf. Aardige gastvrouw en heer. We hebben ons echt thuis gevoeld, zo vertrouwd was het.

Tolle nostalgische Ferien-Wohnung in speziellem Ambiente - super Preis-Leistung!

Haus wirkt wie ein kleines Schloss, sehr detailverliebt und gemütlich. Haus liegt etwas außerhalb vom Dorfkern, aber alles zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Großes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment (Küche in top Zustand). Das Inventar der Zimmer ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, macht den Aufenthalt aber speziell. Toller Garten mit Liegemöglichkeiten, Spielplatz und benachbarter Bauernhof mit Tieren (toll für die Kinder). Leider hat es bei unserem Aufenthalt 3 Tage durchgeregnet, so dass wir die Anlage nicht nutzen konnten. Überdachter Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür, sehr nette Gastgeber-Familie!

Der Aufzug ist einmal kurz steckengeblieben, hat aber dann direkt wieder funktioniert (Schreckmoment). Und für das Wetter kann keiner was...

Rozhodně doporučuji pro rodiny s dětma.

Velmi prostorný a dobře vybavený apartmán. Hezký výhled z volně přístupných hradních věží. Děti byly nadšené ze zvířátek z přilehlé farmy. Krátká pěší dostupnost k lanovce a obchodu.

Pojetí hradu nemusí vyhovovat každému, ale určitě je zajímavé pro děti.
