Captivating wooden atmosphere, we loved it.

For the house itself: the wood and stone materials give a great atmosphere, the beds were comfortable (if you don't mind the climb up to the top being a bit difficult), and the house was always nicely heated with an option to up the heat with a small wood fired heater. About facilities: the house is nice and new with high quality appliances: kettle, oven, dishwasher (a highlight!), shower and so on. The sauna is great as well. While it is wood-fired, which is a bit more work than an electric one, we did not mind it, as the fire gave a nice glow from inside the stove and it is a nice pastime to watch it while in the sauna. Note that it takes about 1.5h to heat up if you keep the fire burning strong, so plan your night accordingly :) About space: We were two younger and two older adults and found the house to be just enough for us as there is a large wardrobe in the bedroom to pack things away in and a ski storage outside, but don't expect tons of excess space, it is called "Tiny house" for a reason. An added bonus is the nice Greek-style Taverna Hellas right next to the Tiny house, about 15 m walk, with great food and draft Zillertal beer.

Anything one can dislike about the place is obvious from the pictures, so I have nothing the mention as real downsides. Just make sure you are aware that the house holds 4 people if 2 are willing to sleep upstairs in the somewhat tight area and that the house is just large enough on the inside so if you want a dance party you are out of luck. :)

Alles aus Holz und sehr gemütlich und stylish eingerichtet. Zur Terrasse raus hat man einen schönen Blick. Sehr gemütlich mit großer Küche, sodass man sich selbst kochen kann. Die Lampen im Wohnzimmer mit den Schnitzereien und die hübsch gestaltete Sauna waren super toll.

Irgendwas stimmte mit der Heizung nicht, sodass sie aufhört zu heizen, wenn es noch nicht warm ist. Mussten/konnten eigentlich nur mit dem Kaminofen heizen, was zwar gemütlich ist aber nicht immer so gut zu regulieren. Eine Lampe hat geflackert. Haben beides gemeldet und es wirkte ein bisschen als hätten sich die Vermieter damit abgefunden und hätten nicht vor, das zu reparieren, aber vielleicht täusche ich mich auch..?

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Holz Chalet. Tolle Einrichtung. Alles super sauber. Die Sauna und die Aussicht haben es abgerundet. Das einfache Check in und Check out hat uns sehr gefallen. Ein süßer kleiner Garten , komplett eingezäunt war super für unseren Vierbeiner .

Alles top. Verbessungsvorschläge : eine kleine Grundausstattung (z.B. kleines Öl , Salz, Kaffe) wäre super für den ersten Tag .. Im Bad war die Handseife leer. Kleineres Holz für die Sauna zur Verfügung stellen.

Absolut zum Wohlfühlen, wir kommen gerne wieder und würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen! :-)

- super liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet - tolle Lage am Hang mit schönem Ausblick - vorhandener Skiraum - große Pluspunkte sind der kleine Kamin und die Fasssauna im Garten

- ggf. sind im Detail ein paar kleinere Reparaturen fällig (Sitzhocker, Bodenleiste) - die Küchenutensilien hatten teilweise schon gröbere Gebrauchsspuren
