Great location, needs to learn hospitality a bit more for providing important essentials for customers for room.

I can only say that the city is beautiful.

The city is beautiful and the hotel area is nice.

Above the bed on the wall it was a droll that I was banging the most of the night. By the morning I had bruises on my wrist. The room we had it shouldn’t put as a double room because of that droll that was in a wrong place. The dust on the banisters as well. The toilet did not had a sink where to wash hands.

I thought this hotel had character...in an old fashioned kind of way. It felt cozy. I liked the old fashioned staircase. I got good vibes whilst staying in my hotel room

Very cute establishment, very typical Normandy home. The location is awesome , I will stay there again next time. Price was great for the location.

Good location, close to the Trouville beach. Maybe 10min walk to the train station. Restaurants close by. Friendly staff.

Location is perfect to go to the beach.and downtown. Hosts are very nice and friendly

Room furniture too basic. No curtain in bathroom makes it hectic to take a shower without spreading water outside. Limited variety of food at breakfast

Great value and lovely staff.

Great location, spacious room and bathroom. My request for a bathtub was met before we arrived. Very personable and gracious staff. The coffee and breakfast were fresh and good.

Pleasant

Very central hotel. A bit tired and showing its age and needing a good redecorate and update. Rooms are fine. Very thin walls mean you can hear every conversation next door and every use of their bathroom. Three flights of narrow stairs to the room, no elevator so a long way to carry bags up and down. No parking and parking very expensive in town. Very close to the beach and town.

Not clean, not maintained, not nice… one of the dullest places I’ve seen. Booking.com said my room was bigger than average, I’d prefer not see the average probably still fit for a cockroach…

Hôtel typique, bien situé, accueil agréable, literie confortable, très calme (pas de bruit ni dedans ni dehors), petit déjeuner très correct (pain et croissant de bonne qualité), sanitaires propres, bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous avons apprécié le bon éclairage de la chambre (ce n'est pas le cas dans tous les hôtels), et la possibilité de laisser les bagages sur place dans la journée le jour du départ.
