Czysto i świetna lokalizacja.
1. Po pierwsze to kaloryfery olejowe. Strasznie dluuuuugo się rozgrzewały. Dodatkowo brak instrukcji obsługi, więc włączenie kaloryfera w sypialni metodą prób i błędów, co przy braku efektu po pół godzinie strasznie wkurza. Warto zostawić informacje jak włączyć kaloryfer i ile czekać na efekt. Jak już chwyci to ukrop. 2. Druga sprawa to fatalna wentylacja budynku. Zapachy wchodzą z innych mieszkań zarówno nieszczelnymi drzwiami wejściowymi jak i otworami wentylacyjnymi. Trafiliśmy na kogoś, kto smażył rybę- bardzo intensywny zapach. Pomimo pochowania rzeczy do torby i szafy, pootwierania okien, na drugi dzień wszystko śmierdziało rybą. Masakra. Opuszczając mieszkanie klatka schodowa waliła dalej rybą. 3. Wyposażenie po taniości. Strasznie niewygodna rozkładana kanapa. Nie rozkłada się zupełnie na płasko.
