The location was excellent, two beds comfortable and overall good quality for low price.

No bed sheets for six people, and two people had to sleep in the sofa. I would recommend this for 4 adults max.

Genuine review of apartment good & bad

The location was brilliant, close to local bakeries, Aldi, old town, museums and large shopping centres. The apartment was modern and had everything we needed and seemed really clean. If you are looking for a base to stay but will be out all day like we were, this place is perfect really. Bedrooms were really spacious and was perfect for a group of 4. I still think even though there were some negatives it was good value for money. Both beds were comfortable, one mattress is quite firm and the other is a little softer. Bathroom shower is pretty good, and we didn't have any issues with hot water running out like some of the previous reviews. All cups, plates etc were included in the apartment.

It is on floor 5/6 of the apartment building, so be prepared to walk up those stairs everytime as no lift. Apartment has seen better days and could use a little TLC. There was a tear in the bedroom carpet, and the hallway floor board is dipping substantially and needs looking at. Only given three towels for four of us, but they did bring an additional towel for us the next day. One of the bedroom door latches was missing so couldn't close door properly, and the glass tea container was broken. Coffee pot was missing as well, but all in all just little superficial things that didn't really hamper our stay too much.

The photos don't really do the apartment justice. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious and extremely comfortable! The bathroom was very modern and large. This apartment is ideal for 4 people (the sofa bed isn't really a sofa bed) and the location is very central. You can walk to all the restaurants and bars along the river in less than 10 minutes and the airport is about a 20 minute drive. Overall, we had a lovely stay and the host was very helpful and friendly.

The only thing I would say is I would have liked more clarification on how the code works for the door to the building. You had to press 2 numbers, then the key button, followed by 4 numbers. This took us a while to work out!

in the evening while taking a shower sometimes there was no hot water. apartment is on the top floor and water is heated by gas, maybe it was because of a gas pressure in whole gas system

Obiekt zlokalizowany w super lokalizacji, blisko dworca i Starego Miasta. Duży, przestronny, jedna sypialnia bardzo duża, druga mniejsza.

Mankamentem był zapach w łazience, ale to chyba jest standard w apartamentach w tej lokalizacji.

Doskonała lokalizacja. Ładna łazienka. Dużo przestrzeni.

Jednak 4 piętro bez windy. Reszta była w porządku.

Świetny pobyt za umiarkowaną cenę.

Świetna lokalizacja - gdańska starówka na wyciągnięcie ręki. Najważniejsze miejsca i obiekty w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. Apartament urządzony i wyposażony na przyzwoitym poziomie. Mieszkanie nie jest zupełnie nowe, więc widoczne ślady użytkowania są całkowicie naturalne. A jeśli komuś przeszkadza plama na wykładzinie (sama przecież się nie zrobiła, jest efektem pobytu któregoś z wcześniejszych gości), to cóż na to można powiedzieć? W apartamencie mieszka się przecież tylko przez określony czas, więc takie narzekania "estetów" mnie nie przekonują. Ogólnie w mieszkaniu było czysto (łazienka, sypialnie, salon), nie ma powodów do narzekania. Wielkim plusem jest możliwość skorzystania z przynależnego do apartamentu parkingu (bez dodatkowej opłaty). To ważne, bo znalezienie miejsca na ogólnodostępnych parkingach jest niezwykle trudne (no i trzeba by za nie płacić).

Nie wykluczam, że w apartamencie można by dokonać drobnych napraw (np. wymienić perlatory w kranach, aby nie rozchlapywały wody), ale to są drobne rzeczy, nie przeszkadzają w normalnym korzystaniu z mieszkania.

lokalizacja bardzo dobra, kontakt z obiektem również - Pani pozwoliła nam zostawić walizki dłużę.

czystość !!!! widać że mieszkanie było "ogarnięte" żyrandole materiałowe bardzo brudne, w łazience zatkany odpływ w prysznicu ( mąż czyścił ) brak ekspresu do kawy, zdjęcie ze stronki są nie aktualne. w kuchni brak naczyń , porządnego noża..super lokalizacja i naprawdę troszkę dbałości i lokal super by był !

Lokalizacja i parking; rozkład pomieszczeń. Informacyjnie, bo nigdzie nie widziałem o tym wzmianki: to jest 4 piętro, bez windy. Dla nas to nie był problem, ale warto o tym wiedzieć.

BRAK CIEPŁEJ WODY! Zgłaszane do opiekunki lokalu, miała się odezwać z rekompensatą, niestety brak kontaktu do dziś, trudno. Ogólnie bardzo brudno, wszędzie syf. Za kanapą w salonie istna Sodoma i Gomora:) Wszędzie pełno włosów, piasku i kurzu. Brak ekspresu o którym mowa w ogłoszeniu, w zamian za to 5 łyżek kawy rozpuszczalnej:) TV się włącza, ale dekoder już nie, więc jak ktoś lubi jak coś leci w tle, to musi obejść się smakiem ;) Brak wieszaka na kurtki w przedpokoju. Odnoszę wrażenie, że te wszystkie opinie "10" i przede wszystkim bez komentarza, to raczej kupione albo od znajomych.. :)
