Even though it was listed as a one-bed apartment, there were two sleep sofas, no proper double bed. The apartment was old and pretty cold (we stayed during winter). A few things were destroyed or not clean

Terrible to sleep in
Great location.
The apartment is great as long as you don't plan to sleep in it.
The bed is really small. Neither of us are big but my partner and I almost fall from the bed during the night.
The acoustic isolation is really bad. I've been wake up in the middle of night because of people walking on the floor above.
For some reason there is no curtains on the windows. As a result the apartment is ridiculously bright all night because of the lights from the street.

Good price for a a good location.
Perfect location.
The booking process was a bit complicated as I was instructed to use sun and snow platform to perform a lot of different actions: share my id, pay a reservation fee which was reserved for some time in my bank account, also, there were documents that I needed to sign. In my experience there is no need for those procedures.
Also, the apartments were a lot different from what was shown in the booking.

Close to everything really. Safe at night too
Everything else is very poor. Room was not very clean. Dust in the tv unit, bathroom not clean, walls had stains.
We made the mistake of not double checking the reservation and didn't note it was a sofa bed! The worst experience ever. We could not sleep for the 3 nights we were there. Extremely bad condition. Pillows couldn't be worse either. Staff were very unhelpful and quite rude. Mostly replied in Polish until I asked to speak to a manager who speaks English. We asked for extra pillows that we never received.
Very difficult check in process and the building is in bad shape.
We also noticed bag of garbage left at the main door for days
Unable to find any info on WiFi so not used. Not sure there was WiFi on the property!

Very central location
The location was great :)
Cosy apartment and good communication with the company.
The mattress is on the hard side, with planty of pillows and blankets.
The shower was with hot water and good stream.
The toilet sit is very low and cramped, so won't be comfortable for everyone.
The faucet and sink are not convenient.
The chairs in the living room are very wobbly and feels quite flimsy.

Perfect long stay apartment
The apartment is located in the city center, very near the main street, but this street is very quiet. The kitchen is equipped with a lot of accessories, so there is no problem with cooking anything. A washing machine and a dishwasher are a big bonus if you have children. It was a pleasure to stay at this place for 1 week.
We booked a transport from the airport, but Booking.com gave the taxi driver the wrong address (it was another apartment of the company Sun & Snow). So we spend an extra 20 minutes riding to the right place, but the taxi driver was very kind and helpful to our family.

A comfortable stay in the center of Gdańsk
Great location and communication with the company. Positives for us were that we were able to do an early check in and they had a washing machine which we were able to utilize.
Our apartment was street level in a busy part of the city so it can get noisy. Also the blinds do not really block out the light and it is bright in the day and also at night due to the street lighting.

Not happy about the apartment
The location was not that advertised on Booking. It was not in Old Town like mentioned on the reservation. Poor quality of the bed, that was supposed to be for 2 persons, but it wasn't enough. Poor mattress and pillows. Bathroom didn't have windows or ventilation system.

The place was clean and that's the only positive thing I can say. It was freezing cold when we arrived, their were no spare blankets, we had to sleep with our coats on. There were no curtains on the window. The TV didn't work and the WiFi wasn't working either.
When we called the office the staff were extremely rude. Our call was interrupted and nobody called us back. We had to walk 2km to return the key. We booked 4 nights but left after 1 and booked into a hotel.
Our night at Apartamenty Sun and Snow was a thoroughly miserable experience compounded by the unhelpful rude staff. This company has no understanding of customer service. Worst experience ever with booking.com.
We left the place spotless and expected a refund for the nights we didn't stay. We didn't even receive our security deposit. This is theft and I'm so annoyed with booking.com for not pursuing the property. I won't be booking through this site again.

Good apartment in the perfect location
This apartment is in a great location and less than a five minute walk to the old town centre or the waterfront area.
Alartment is spacious and the beds are very comfy
the shower curtain doesn’t fully fit in the shower so it tends to leak a LOT of water on the floor in the bathroom which can make it smell a bit damp.

i didnt like the fact that i need to check in at local office it was far away about 1,5 km away which made me struggle with my Luggage and the second after check out I needed to bring it back the Keys in the Local office which made me more angry like its not fair for the Client to go up and down so easily u guys can put a small box at the apartment so Clients can put it there

The apartment is stylish and comfortable.
Organization issues: Additional cleaning fee: 50 Euro; firstly was visible for me after I already booked two non-refundable nights. Check-in and check-out times to late und to early correspondingly with no or very little possibility to adjust these times. You have to pick up and give up the key in the place away from the apartment (aprox.15 minutes of walking). It is very uncomfortable, traveling with the suitcases (or kids) to do it that way.
I had two different adress shown to me in my booking.com reservation, but the flat was on other address.
The apartment itself was very nice, but if I would know this organisational issues; I would choose another one.

Great location
Location is really great. Short walk to the old town and also to Forum. Clean, quiet, spacious and modern.
Horrible smell from in the bathroom, obviously coming from a faulty waterlock. Collection and returning of the key is a 15-20 minute walk across town, this should be made much more convenient. A simple lockbox outside would be a huge upgrade. Guests that do their own cooking would probably prefer to have more than one pot to cook in.

address in booking was incorrect - revealed that some apartments have another location (nowhere was notified about that).
new location was not far away from city center, but not on the Main Street as was promossed on booking confirmation.
this discrepancy lead to incorrect filling of Passanger Locator Form that should be submitted when u enter Poland due to COVID regulations & also created some misunderstanding trying to understand who made mistake.
I’d prefer if correct info was updated on booking stage & I was warned in advance about location of apartment. because once I chose where to stay - location is one of the parameters that have high weight.

it was only 15 minutes walk to Main Street and even less to some attractions.
The property I booked was not the accommodation supplied.When you book your are giving an address on dulgna street which is the Main Street. This address is only used as a reference to the district apparently. This should be made more clear by booking.com and the company that provides the accommodation. you must also make your way to the main office to collect keys to the apartment you are staying in which is a 25-30 minutes walk away.

Only the location
There are no basic things that in other structures have with lower price :
- hungers
- hairdryer (after a shower you cannot dry your hair)
- microwave
- coffe ( they put coffe machine but no coffee)
- sugar
- one toilet paper ( for 3 nights)
- mattresses was very uncomfortable(very soft)
(at first I thought that the mattresses was uncomfortable but after turn it over the other side I understood that the right side was dirty and they turn it in other side )
- the blanket was with spot
At check-in/ check-out you must go to the agency to take / drop the keys it is not convenient if you have to leave the apartment early in the morning to catch a plane and the same agency is not near the apartment.
I called the agency and asked for the refund or another apartment but no one called me back or answered to the email .

Little sleep, poor accommodation, poor customer service Booking.com and letting agency let me down.
Not a lot to be honest. I upgraded the room 2x and was not happy with what I got. Noisy small and to be honest not worth a double upgrade.
I asked for a change of appartment as we were above the front door. There was a canopy the rain battered off and the smokers sheltered under. Some very noisy guests who would smoke under the canopy. They only moved after we threw a pan of water out of the window, not at them just near them. What a scream they made. I complained to Booking.com and rhe letting agents Sun&Snow but no compassion or customer service. Very noisy and cramped compared to what we paid for. 6th visit to Gdansk and my last.

Below expectations
Lovely design, pleasant for an eye.
All equipment was brand new.
Very close to Motława and city centre.
Wi-Fi and TV working flawlessly.
Irons and ironing board.
The window goes out on the opposite building's balcony, which gives you poor view and no privacy.
The walls are thin, we listened for more than an hour to neighbours upstairs loving loudly and the others listening to loud music.
On a saturday night (3am) you can't reach sun&snow by call, only SMS in emergency situation, lady at the reception desk (in the building) couldn't help either. We didn't wanted to call the Police.
There's a coffee express however without capsules, one might think in apartament for this price there would be coffee capsules.
Too soft bed.
Too small for family.
No privacy for a pair.
Too soft bed for a quicky with your mistress ;)

Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko PKP, w pobliżu wiele atrakcji turystycznych, sklepów i restauracji. Mieszkanie czyste, wyposażona kuchnia. Świeża, czysta pościel i ręczniki.
W sezonie zimowym w mieszkaniu jest chłodno. Ogólnie było czysto i schludnie, ale przydałby się remont łazienki i kuchni. Warto pomyśleć o naprawie lub wymianie rolet w pomieszczeniach gdyż żadne nie działały lub były pourywane.

Położenie w samym centrum, cisza, spokój, wysoki standard. Klucze cyfrowe ułatwiały wejście przy pomocy kodu. Mnóstwo świetnych restauracji i pubów w pobliżu. Świetnie skomunikowane w każdą stronę Gdańska.
Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to uszkodzona deszczownica pod prysznicem, sama słuchawka prysznicowa działała.

-mieszkanie nie jest dźwiękoszczelne /kłamstwo w opisie
-drugi chwyt telewizor -tzn stojące pudełko bez możliwości podłączenia do niczego bo nie ma abonamentu telewizyjnego,dekodera ani internetu ,jednym słowem ozdoba -nie powiem rzadko daje się naciąć ale aż tak robić kogoś stawiając płaski telewizor który niczemu nie służy
-zimno ,zimno i jeszcze raz zimno w mieszkaniu(na dworze było 0,-2 stopnie to nie wiem co przy naprawdę dużych mrozach),po spacerze pod kołderki bo temperatura była taka jaka była i na rozgrzanie się nie było szans ,w łazience brak grzejnika ,a w kuchni lodówka -aż nie chciało się iść zrobić śniadania bo człowiek marzł od stóp do głowy
-grzyb w łazience ,brak żarówek ,brak ogrzewania i wahania temperatury wody -ciężko było zwisać prysznic gdyż woda raz parzyła a raz była Normalna ,pomijając ogrzewanie wody gazem który pstrykał i człowiek zastanawiał się czy wszystko jest z tym okej czy zaraz coś nie eksploduje
-brak WiFi (faktycznie w opisie nie wspomnieli o WiFi ale w Potwierdzeniu rezerwacji było napisane że jest WiFi co jest troszkę zakłamaniem jak całe te ogłoszenie )
-wybierasz mieszkanie i płacisz a Dopiero później dowiadujesz się jaki adres ,kombinacji dużo żeby zwabić jelenia jak ja -omijajcie szerokim łukiem adres Korzenna 2/4 mieszkanie nie warte żadnych pieniędzy
-wszystkie rolety popsute ,drzwi balkonowe (w salonie którym śpisz ) popsute ze szpara więc w zimie naprawdę jest nieciekawie i zimno i jeszcze nie wiem dlaczego w korytarzu /holu mieszkania unosi się przeokrutnie smród papierosów aż w nos szczypie gdzie zakaz palenia jest w bloku
Jednym słowem nie polecam pod żadnym względem ,
panie miłe w biurze ale mieszkanie niestety nadaje się do generalnego remontu i modernizacji ,stratą pieniędzy bo żadnej przyjemności,relaksu ani ciepła po spacerze nie doznacie -i te wady są już od dawna ,nie
Od wczoraj tylko po prostu wyjście z założenia że jak uda się wynająć to super kasa jest a inwestować...
