Location hard to beat 10 out of 10. Cottage overall very good. very clean and well equipped.
The only negatives were lounge furniture i.e. sofa/chairs need replacing as no support left in seats so uncomfortable to sit in. Would have liked a vacuum cleaner and mop for floors as they was only a little soft brush and pan. Other than that this is a lovely cottage in the best location.

need a vacuum cleaner and mop to keep and leave it clean and tidy. Also we did not know about adjoining annex (sleeps 4) as if we did we might have book it and brought more family members.
