The breakfast was less than spectacular. For the money paid the eggs where burnt plus the sausage. Pancakes were dry. Orange was cheap

We arrived at 2:30 and we’re told that our room would be ready 3:00, returns at three and a room wasn’t ready and they said it would be another 20 minutes. We waited 20 minutes and there was no room in the meantime for a couples checked in and they all got the rooms at which point I asked why they got ahead of us to get their rooms while we were waiting longer and they said they had fixed a special room for us so at 3:30 we still had no room. My wife is laying back on the bench falling asleep both me and my wife are senior handicapped and at four others checked in and we still didn’t get a room and from 4:00, 4 more couples checked in. and yet we still didn’t have a room at 4:30. People are still checking in and we didn’t have a room finally at 5 o’clock. We got a room, but I was so bothered by the whole thing and the fact that we were disrespected that we had to wait 2 1/2 hours for our room after driving five hours to get to Green Bay. This was by far the most disappointing check in of my life after probably 1000 hotel stays. The staff was rude and disrespectful. We were give a room with 2 queen bed and there was nothing special about it. So why did we have to wait 2.5 hours when we had prepaid? This fiasco will probably linger in my psyche for a long time

Red Loster restaurant in same parking lot is closed. Which makes that part kind of dark but thank goodness because not enough parking for the hotel so we parked at Red Lobster

Very clean. Shower water pressure not too good. Breakfast eggs, sausage,potatoes with peppers, biscuits, gravy and a variety of other items.
