So have deal with after come back. This happened twice already. Never go back any IHG property.

We arrived and check in was at 3 but never got room until 5 as they said other people( basketball teams didn't check out till 330 so room was not ready.why was they not told we wre filled you must check out by 11? Stinks when you drive a couple of hours and have event that night and can't get in your room. I paid from 3pm and never got room till 5 pm
