It was clean , cozy and felt safe.

Loved the separate private entrance, the keypad door lock, the coziness of the room, the comfy bed, the ceiling fan above the bed, the in-room coffee service (coffee maker, coffee, and creamers), and the rain shower. And, of course, the proximity to everything in Gainesville.
Can't really think of anything. Maybe the street the house was on got busy at times, but not really much of an issue.

- Super clean, well-laid out, comfy bed. There was even a nightlight in the bathroom (an often overlooked feature). Private entrance. Chairs where can sit outside.
