Wonderful stay

I had the pleasure of staying at Petra and Damijan’s wonderful apartments for 5 nights, and it was truly a memorable experience. The location is perfect, with a stunning coastal walk that leads straight to Piran — ideal for anyone who loves scenic strolls by the sea. From the moment I arrived, the communication was excellent, and I immediately felt welcomed. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. A particularly touching surprise was receiving a birthday card and gift from Petra and Damijan — such a kind and personal gesture that meant a lot. They went above and beyond to make my stay easy and enjoyable, even picking me up from the bus stop and later dropping me at the station on my final day. Their hospitality, warmth, and willingness to share stories made me feel more like a guest in their home than a visitor. I'm deeply grateful to have met them and cannot recommend their place highly enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was fantastic! The apartment itself, the atmosphere, the view, the location, etc. Not to mention Damijan and the warm welcome and hospitality we got during the whole stay. We can only recommend to stay here. We will definitely come back!

The Family Matos is in incredibly warm and friendly host. The room ist nice and comfy with a very nice view over the bay. Everything was very modern, new and clean, but comfy. Was there with my son and over Easter, and they leave us a little surprise with sweets also! Eleven out of ten!

The accommodation was perfect. The owner was very kind, orderly, helpful. The apartment was perfectly as described, the view was beautiful to the sea. Closed parking. Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Ausblick und sehr guter Ausstattung

Das sympathische Vermieter-Paar kümmerte sich sehr herzlich und mit großer Freude um einen möglichst angenehmen Aufenthalt für die Gäste. Unser Doppelzimmer war äußerst sauber, mit einer super funktionierenden Klima-Anlage, und einem modernen Bad/WC mit Fenster ausgestattet. Von der tollen Terrasse hat man einen wundervollen Meerblick, den wir auch ausgiebig genießen konnten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch geht man zu Fuß über die tolle Uferpromenade nur ca. 15 Minuten ins Zentrum von Portoroz und etwa 30 Minuten ins Zentrum von Piran. Wer es bequemer will, fährt in beide Orte von der nur 3 Fußminuten entfernten Haltestelle per Bus. Die Bettmatrazen waren genau richtig, nicht zu hart oder zu weich, so dass man morgens ohne Rückenschmerzen aufstand. Es gibt direkt am Haus für jedes Apartment einen großzügigen mit einem elektrischen und fernbedienbarem Tor abgeschlossen Parkplatz, wo auch Bikes sicher abgestellt werden können.

Sokfelé jártunk már, magasan a legjobb panzió.

Reggelit nem kértünk, a környék csendes kis utcák dimbes-dombos környéken. Az apartman minden terasza a tengerre néz, déli fekvésű, kitűnő árnyékolás + légkondi. (árban benne). Nagyon kedves de nem tolakodó házigazda. Takarítás minden nap, amikor nem voltunk "otthon". Szabad strand könnyen elérhető, pár perces séta. 2 ágy+ napernyő 24€/nap. Látványosságok némi autózással elérhetők. Remek volt! Arra kell figyelni, hogy élelmiszer bolt alig van. A Lidl autós kaland.

Nagyon jó apartman.

Minden reggel a tengerben gyönyörködtünk :) Illetve este is, a holdfényben. Lenyűgözően szép panoráma, gyönyörű kilátással a tengerrel.

Egyedül talán az,hogy itt tényleg nincs konyha! Nem főzni akartunk, csak elmosni a használt tányérokat, evőeszközöket!

Purtroppo a differenza di quanto riportato nella descrizione dei servizi, NON È FRONTE SPIAGGIA e NON C'È SPIAGGIA NELLE VICINANZE. Bisogna fare una discesa che al ritorno diventa una salita, e quindi niente spiaggia ne' di fronte ne' vicino. Peccato, ma è una informazione importante.

Ожидание полностью оправданы и да же больше. У меня был небольшой, очень чистый, со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания номер с великолепным видом на море. Да же в дождик, оставшись в номере получаешь эстетическое удовольствие. Ненавязчивые и профессиональные услуги по обслуживанию. Если ты в номере, тебя не беспокоят, но уходя ты возвращаешься в убранный номер, вычищенную сантехнику. Владельцы апартаментов вкладывают в них много труда и любви. Ухоженная зелень и территория. Возможность проводить время на специально оборудованной для отдыха и загорания террасе как в каждом номере так и общей большой. Готовить в номерах нельзя, но есть холодильник и чайник. С количеством ресторанов и кафе в Портороз, этого вполне достаточно.

Izuzetno dobar i čist smeštaj

Mogu slobodno reći da sam dosta putovala. Nikada nisam imala bolji i čistiji smeštaj. Za higijenu čista desetka, bolje od od ovoga ne može biti. Apartman je izuzetno dobro lociran .Gazda je izvanredan čovek. Suprug i ja smo prezadovoljni svime u svakom pogledu.
