About this house rental
Welcome to this lovely 70's single storey house totally renovated in 2019. It will seduce you with its large bright living room of 50 m² consisting of a large fully equipped kitchen and a living room with bay windows opening onto a large terrace of 40m2 facing south and vis-à-vis screw with pergola and garden overlooking the garden.
The night is composed of 3 beautifully colored bedrooms each with a large closet.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom, quite spacious, including a double sink and a large shower decorated with cement tiles.
For your safety, the property is closed with hedges and walls and a parking space is available inside.
The situation is a major plus as you can walk into the city center in a few minutes walk to the old harbor, shops, restaurants and the central market.
At the end of the street, the tree-lined Rompsay canal is an ideal place for a long walk, bike or kayak (rented).
To go further, the island of Ré and its beautiful beaches are only 12km away.
I will advise you on the good plans of the area!
At the end of your stay you will find all the necessary equipment to clean and make the house clean.
However, if you do not want to take care of it, I also propose a household option.
Remember to inform me if this is the case!
In any case, I would ask you for a check of household at the entrance in the rent of 100 € that I would not cash if you choose to do the cleaning yourself in the end in a serious way.
A deposit check of 1000 euros (which will not be cashed) will be requested upon arrival and returned to the exit after the inventory.

Maison très propre, hôte très agréable, maison bien situé pour aller ds la Rochelle à pied. Seul petit bémol, la rue est un petit peu passante

Location moderne avec tout le matériel nécessaire.
Très propre et confortable, pas très du centre de La Rochelle
à pieds.
