Quiet residence from 1960, clean and secure, overlooking a tree-lined park.
72 sq m apartment for 8 people including 3 bedrooms, each with a 160 cm bed and a desk, a newly renovated bathroom with a bathtub, a large kitchen and a living room with a convertible sofa.
On one side of the residence, you will find the pedestrian street that leads to the old port (500m), on the other side, a wooded and calm park.

alarm, fans, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer, dishes, utensils, flat screen with TV and Freebox WiFi access, new and clean folding baby bed (Please plan to bring a mattress protector and sheet if you wish to use it).

-by bicycle: you can either park them inside the residence's gates, or there is a large bicycle garage basement accessible from the street (ideal for large bikes, trailers, etc.)
