About this house rental
Character house in La Rochelle Laleu very quiet, just minutes from the old Port of the bike Rochelle. Near a little beach "Baie de Chef" and 3 km from the beaches Rétais. The house consists of three upstairs bedrooms with double beds, one with 2 pull-out beds, a bathroom. On the ground floor, a beautiful bright equipped kitchen with dishwasher and furnished overlooking the garden. 2 living rooms with fireplaces and a new sofa bed, and a shower and all the comfort of a main house room. Garden and courtyard fenced with garden table for 8 to 10 people and chairs and a BBQ. Parking nearby non-paying. Foodshops 100 meters (Supermarket, bakery and butcher / charcuterie exceptional, Intermarché less than 10 mm feet.
On the practical side the house, a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A Nespresso machine and a beer machine are on site.
The wifi is in the rental.

Hi Nathalie, I have to say our vacation in Summer 2022 was one of the best we ever had, thanks to your excellent holiday home. The location is perfect, with a nice and private garden. The house looks perfect and the interior design and functionality had everything ready for a beautiful vacation. The kitchen is far above the standards for rented homes and cooking with family (we were 6) was a lovely experience. We had a good time in the house and in the city and on the beaches and landscapes around. Thanks again we coming back!
