I used a single room which had a tiny kitchen, semi double bed and unit bathroom. It’s really enough for short-term sing

Cost effective for the price

The location. My room faced a big roadway which makes vehicle noises almost 24hours so I had a little bit frustration which I couldn’t open room windows. However, I was ok because ear plugs were served at the bedside as the hotel’s consideration.

Not a great place to stay

It had potential to be cute

We had 2 rooms. Room 1 - there was no way to turn the heat on. There was a draft coming through the door. They had a small space heather that was not even enough to heat the room. The room was barely 20 degrees Celsius. Room two could increase the heat and luckily also had a space heater so we ended up putting both space heaters into one room just to make it warm enough to stay in. The location was hard to find. We had no instructions on how to unlock the outside gate/door so couldn’t access the property at first. It is a long walk from the train and not in a good area. While the room was technically clean it was in bad shape. Would not recommend this place at all.

It was very central - close to metro and supermarket and we felt very safevery safe

It was very clean and comfortable and perfect for three people. When we walked through the door from the street, it felt like we stepped into our own “villa”.

Place itself is nice, in good location, for good price and I liked it. However, the standards of cleanliness in the room

The residence itself is rather appealing. I liked the patio, it has a unique. Price was fair and place is located not too far from metro station. There is carrefour next to the residence. Staff was helpful.

I wasn’t expecting much for that price but the cleanliness was poor. Floors were dirty and dust was everywhere. The sheets in my room had a red stain and towels were rather worn out and also had multiple stains. What I hated the most was the fact that pictures posted on booking are AI enhanced which is kinda misleading when it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms.

It's OK for one person

Privacy, beautiful yard

Whenever the upper floor's neighbor used the water (tap, shower,...) the sound was inside the room (like it is raining :) )

It was decent location and good value

My whole group woke up with bed bug bites and when I got home bedbugs from suitcase infested our homes so had to get them professionally removed. Iron had sticky residue on it so ruined my clothes

A window net is not a great investment.

10/10 would recommend! Location is great and safe, kitchen well equipped, everything in order, and the residence is super cute and pretty. It was peaceful and quiet to sleep at night.

The fridge was heating up the room a lot, and the rooms facing the east in the morning get really hot in summer

Ok stay, convenient and nice for big groups - but consider time travelling to Paris

We were looking for something were the 7 of us could stay, and this is a nice option, as we were given two rooms next to each other. they are basic but you have everything. And super easy to access, with QR code systems everybody could go in indipendently both in the structure as well as in the assigned rooms.

It is very far from Paris. Well served through RER; but consider an additional 15m to the station.. would not suggest if you are planning to use it to visit the city. Also, there is not much in the area.

Just one staff that was gentle Good location for market, bakery and gym close Bus station in 2 blocks away Carrefour and small mall close to get what’s urgent Small room but comfortable with small kitchen and amenities to have a quick breakfast

1. Never went to clean up after 4 days 2. Used the laundry and stained my new clothes - never apologized for this 3. Never changed the towels 4. Needed to buy my own paper tower because never replaced it 5. Just had 1 hot drink cup so I had to recycle my Macdonalds delivery glass because I needed 2!

The location was great and the place looked cute. It was value for money

The rooms were old and some parts were worn out and broken. We had a two day stay and on the second day, our room key stopped working on one of the doors and there was no one from admin to help us out
