Perfect location, easy approach, clean room, sheets and toilets. Cleaning is done on a daily basis. There is air blower (ventilator) that can be used. Wi-Fi connection is great.

Between 22-6 should be a rest and sleep time, unfortunately this was not the case in this accommodation, other people are loud and you can hear the snoring from the next room aswell opening and closing doors.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. For the price the location was perfect, the bed was comfortable enough and the facilities were clean

Excellent location central Madrid short walk to Sol and Plaza Mayor. Beautiful traditional building. Smart entry, no keys needed for entrance to building, room, everything done through your phone. Welcoming staff.

Usually i leave this field empty, but sadly not for this time. Noise level that comes from street and rooms nearby is just extremely bad. I picked this booking to get a sleep time before my next trip segment and i didnt sleep at all. Doors getting open/closed easily wake you up, windows were facing active street, someone listening loud music and irritating teenagers making horse laugh sounds up to 4-5am. Closing windows does not really help, not to mention that during hot weather closing windows is not an option at all.
