A quiet, picturesque stay convenient to kronplatz by bus or car

The property was great for our family of four, we were able to cook meals, and make use of the restaurant, pool and wellness centre while we were there. The ski bus also stopped right outside the property making trips to kronplatz easy

It would have been helpful to have bin bags provided, otherwise everything was great

A peaceful and delightful stay in a beautiful place with a kind and supportive host.

The location is perfect, surrounded by nature and close to everything. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was very kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing major — everything was great. Maybe just that the pillows were a bit too soft for my preference, but that’s a personal taste.

Great for family stay

I really liked this place. Was not to croudy, very good breakfasts were served ( home made pancakes with nutella). The sauna section was well mentioned and clean. Also it was really handy with the restaurant in the same building..

The kitchen was on the small side, not really suited for big cooking. But it was great anyway to have a small fridge in the apartment.

Room good except lack of aircondition, but very serious problems with neighbor farm noise and smell.

The room war new and good

Room was very hot - No aircondition! Constant smell from the cow midden, just across the street. Constant noise from cow bells and ventilator for the cow barn, just across the street. Many flies all the time due to the cow barn. Woke up 5 in the morning all days due to noise from the barn/farming, since we couldnt have closed windows because of the heat.

Lady that was preparing our breakfast . One and only bright light among all staff in this "hotel" All the others should get some lessons about hospitality

"This is not a hotel , it is an apartment rent " words from the very unpleasent and cold receptionist lady . She is a person , working on the front desk , with not one single smile during our stay . We had to pay the room cleaning (?!) . The smell from the stall next to the "hotel" is annoying .

Excellent skiing holodays

Nice family hotel in near driving proximity to skiing lifts. Ski buss stops at front doors. Good and freshly made breakfast. Friendly and supportive staff. Enjoyed a lot wellness area - different saunas, swimming pool.

the property was beautiful and the spa seemed big enough for everyone. The breakfast is very expensive for what it is and the restaurant was good.

Bellissimo soggiorno in appartamento con vista sulle montagne

Camera molto bella e curata nei particolari. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la vista dal balcone sulle montagne. Ottima anche la pulizia. Cucina fornita di ogni utensile.

Non abbiamo molto apprezzato l’odore di letame purtroppo presente anche in camera, per quanto comunque “caratteristico”. Forse avremmo gradito anche la presenza dell’aria condizionata, poiché tenendo le finestre aperte nella stanza entravano molte mosche ed insetti. L’area piscina e SPA sembra un po’ più datata della struttura principale e potrebbe essere migliorata in alcuni dettagli.

posizione strategica, tranquillissima e riservata, buonissima pizza vista spettacolare su monti e vallate. a 5 minuti di auto o bus da Brunico e Falzes. personale disponibile e cordiale. bella piscina con giardino esterno, ci siamo trovati benissimo.
