The ski room, the bed coverings are very short, YOU can't properly cover YOUR body when sleeping, not enough amenities, we paid for 5 people, 4 bath robes provided, 2 slippers provided..

Nice hotel in the heart of the dolomites

The hotel staff was very attentive. They provided us with some vouchers to take the funicular to the mountains which made for a wonderful experience. The room was very large and comfortable and the price very reasonable.

Loved the location and friendly and always helpful staff. Totally loved the possibility of having sauna booked just for us. Breakfast was also great!

Very nice and cozy hotel, far from road noise. A large, comfortable, slightly old-fashioned room. Very friendly staff ready to help. View of the mountains from the balcony. In the morning we were woken up by cowbells and it was very nice. This hotel is one you want to return to.

- pet-friendly accommodation (pets are not allowed in the breakfast room) located very close to a green area where to walk your dog. Also, poles where to discard the stools present at every corner of the residential and green area, supplied with poo bags as well. - for only 1,50EUR per person, we could prepare a sandwich to take away from the breakfast buffet every morning, we loved this option! - room was spacious an very comfortable - bathroom (with bidet) also very comfy and clean - in the same building there's also a restaurant (not associated with them) where they prepare super good "Hugo" cocktails - presence of a safe in the room - silent location

- maybe a fridge in the room would have come in handy

Typical "warm" tirolese's welcome

The location, the view from the balcony and the size and the cleanliness of the room. You feel in a coozy hotel of Mountain

- Double bed made with 2 single beds, so unconfortable, you'll have a gap between you abd your partner. - Check out at 10am. The hsk entered in the room at 9.30am without notice and WHITOUT knocking the door and my guest was ready to come out naked from the shower of the bathroom. If she came 5 min before she would have found us in our private moment on the bed.... Really bad! - I have left my CC details on booking.com for make the reservation. At the check in the receptionist said me that he had already the details of my CC so we could settle the bill on the checkout. When I check out there was nobody at the reception desk (.... well done), so I just drop the keys at the the desk and I leave the hotel cause they have already my CC details.... Few minutes later the receptionist texts me on Whatsapp in a rude way blaming me to leave the hotel without paying cause my CC gets decline. I sent him a screenshot that I had enough money on the card to cover the night and told him that I could create a virtual card from the CC that he ready has... I sent him the details and it worked. I work as receptionist in a 5 stars hotel and I would be fired immidiately if I treated a guest like this. Never again.

Perfect for a ski vacation!

The breakfasts were amazing! Huge selection of products, all fresh and of good quality. In addition, the hotel guaranteed everything you need - a nice owner with whom you could arrange everything, eg sauna on request, unusual time of arrival. The rooms were large and very clean (the staff cleaned them several times during a 7-day stay). Access to the main ski lift to the Kronplatz was also convenient - approx. 15 minutes. by car. In one word - I sincerely recommend and think that the hotel deserves a 10/10 rating.

Ski trip Kronplatz

We took apartment on second floor and was large enough and super clean. Bathroom was large and fully equipped. Had a small kitchen, microwave, dishwasher etc. - all what you need really. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Breakfast superb as well. Ski bus is just few meters away is someone needs to use it. WIFI good enough. Underground garage and ski room just perfect.

We used bedroom and sofa bed and I could say that sofa bed could be a bit more comfortable. Not a deal breaker but could be improved. Amenities in the bathroom (shampoo, soap etc.) are at its minimum and basic for money value.

Very comfortable and clean. Nice shower, delicious bed. Well equiped kitchen, with big fridge with freezer, microwave and kettle. As we traveled with a baby, the apartment was the perfect choice. Friendly staff and very good breakfast (continental and sweet options).

Very good

Tranquil setting in small town with not a lot going on. A perfect place to relax. Staff was great, sauna was exceptional, and the attached restaurant was amazing. Easy to get anywhere in area and the free bus and train passes are a great benefit.

Bed in our room was a bit short for me but I noticed other rooms have been renovated so probably not a common experience.

Extremely friendly staff. The apartment was super clean and was cleaned three times a week. Lovely beds and a beautiful balcony with a view. Lovely sauna and the breakfast is delicious. From the reception, you can get perfect tips on what to do and see in the area.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Fantastic view from the balcony. Well maintained and good facilities to cook. Cleaning schedule of apartment included in the price. Restaurant available in the apartments and breakfast can be ordered per day if needed. Supermarket is nearby in case of cooking yourself.

The apartment was great. Newly renovated. Big bathroom with rainshower. High quality kitchen equipment. The restaurant in the hotel is fabulous. A washing-machine is available. We liked it and even lengthened our stay.
