Large villa on two levels with 8 beds, with a garden of 200m2, in the quiet and well-kept village of Torre degli Ulivi, 15 minutes from the capital Cagliari and 15 minutes from the lively town of Pula. It is situated in a strategic position to visit the south of Sardinia and its beautiful beaches (Nora, Chia, Porto Pino) ...
The house is very close to the sea, (although not suitable for bathing) and is equipped with all comforts, ideal for families with children. Also equipped with a large concrete bed for your 4-legged friend.
The house is as follows: on the ground floor a large living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a large utility room with washing machine; on the first floor 3 bedrooms, one double, one with bunk beds and one with 2 single beds that can be joined together.
The garden has a nice veranda for dining and sitting outdoors comfortably.

Hemos estado muy cómodos y la atención muy buena, ubicación buena, aunque la playa cercana no estaba muy accesible para el baño (muchas algas).

Siamo appena tornati. Appartamento molto ben curato e assistenza durante il soggiorno sempre disponibile. La zona un po' povera di locali e servizi ma avendo una macchina si possono raggiungere facilmente molte spiagge tra le più belle della zona.
