    Location is the best, as situated at Shin-Osaka Station, easy access for travel by train especially shinkansen. The only downside was, the room was small, barely enough space for luggage.

    You can directly access to the hotel with connections of both JR and metro, there are lots of restaurants and souvenirs shop within the station.

    We stayed 2 nights here in a small twin rom and its really very small. We could only open 1 suitcase at any one time. The main door to the toilet at the other side of the room just is 4 steps so I would suggest booking a bigger room if you are staying here. Location is great as its right at Shin-Osaka station (North exit for JR and near Tully's coffee). Staff were friendly and room was clean. They provided toothbrushes, comb, tea, etc at the reception as well. There are many eating outlets at the station and it was a seamless train ride from Tokyo and to Kansai airport as well.
